Nice shoe, get some Meltonian Burgundy or brown to polish them to make them Cognac
These shoes fit great (8.5D). I have slightly wider feed for an 8.5, and these boots are still very comfortable. There's no real arch support, which I appreciate as I am flat footed and shoes with arch support hurt my feet, and I don't need the arch support as I run with minamalist/0 drop shoes and have strengthened my feet.As others have mentioned, the shoe color looks nothing like in the picture. Only the toe area is a darker/cognac color while the rest of the shoe is some shade of light tan. I lightly polished mine with Meltonian Burgundy shoe cream and now it looks amazing. The color became a rich cognac and there's much more depth to the color (see picture..even for $25 dollar shoes, probably still too nice/fancy to be wearing inside of a lab). The soles are quite light, which is what the F-Lites are about I assume, which means they probably will wear out much faster. However, can't complain too much considering this was a $25 leather boot. I don't mind the cheap looking laces too much, but I will be swapping them out when I get around to it.

it's easy, the shoe is bigger than usual
greetings, see, it's easy, the shoe is bigger than usual, eventhough I have this brand and fit well, these are bigger, I usually size 8.5 definitely a size 8 would have been perfect. the shoe not that is too large, it is passable, which makes it look big but it is the sole, I am satisfied with what pay, if he could the exchange and buy a size 8, another thing is that the color is far from that it appears in the photo, the true color is not ugly, like a brown manila folder, in spite of this, I like the shoe, take into account what I said and you'll be happier.

Too long, which is not my style.
I wouldn't say I liked this shoe in terms of style. It's MUCH longer than it looked in teh pciture, so my review of it being large isn't for the whole shoe, just the length. I hate the long toe look, which is what these are. The tip of the toe box was probably 4 inches past the tip of my large toe, and the length fit well. If you like that look, this shoe is for you, it seemed to be a really good leather and build.

A Little loose on the left foot
I like the style of the shoe. I couldn't believe how light the shoe is. The color is great. I have only wore them twice, so I'll update later

THESE ARE NOT WORTH IT!
These things look nothing like chukka boots. Also, they are very, very lightly constructed. In fact the remarkably light in weight, one piece molded nylon soles are titled 'F-Lights being a play on the word notion of feather-lights, flight and light (Their logo makes use of a feather). The leather uppers are also extremely light in weight as being made from split grain leather (split grain is when a hide is split in two or thirds so that literally twice or three times the usable material is made available) from very, very thin sheets of leather. This lightweight construction does a couple of things: 1) it makes these shoes as light as a typical pair of sneakers; 2) makes these shoes look cheap and semi-disposable.As to part one, the lightweight construction makes these shoes more or less comfortable to wear almost immediately which means there is very little break-in time needed; although, they are not particularly comfortable. As to part two, there is no way around the cheapness angle because the nature of split grain leather is that it must be coated/colored with a urethane finish to give it a shine. It is just the nature of shoes made from cheap, split grain leather and there is no way around it: These things look and act CHEAP.Back in the days when I had to wear suits, Florsheim's were my go-to shoes because of the way their last fit my feet, In fact, I sill have a pair of the Florsheim Imperial Shell Cordovans in me closet even though I only put them on once in a blue moon (and they still fit like a glove), but also because they were such good value for money. Back then, however, Florsheim made all of its shoes in USA. One wonders if the company makes any shoes in USA at present? These are made in India and the quality is what one expects from a third world country, which isn't much. Truthfully, these will probably last less than 3 months being worn once or twice a week. They can't be re-soled but they aren't the sort of thing one would want to re-sole anyway as the uppers are going to look shabby and spent almost immediately. What the company hasn't done right is create shoes true to size. I wear a 10.5 D shoe but bought this pair in a 10 D and they fit exactly right. I knew that I should get the next size down because the 10.5's I bought a few months ago fit more like 11 E requiring an insert and thick sports socks to make them fit (I liked that style well enough to make an ill-fitting shoe work out, but I wouldn't with this style). This size discrepancy is something you should know about because it is important and other people have noted this sizing issue about Florsheims. These things also don't stand up to daily wear. They become even more cheap looking as they become tattered and battered just from normal wear. The reason I rate these shoes ONE star is that the feather weight sole is borderline dangerous. They have almost not gripping power on the ground and may cause one's feet to slip out from underneath one when walking on rain slick surfaces.I don't recommend these under any circumstances.

Great boot for the price.
Great boot. The make is of high quality however I am not sure if its the fit but extra arch support would make this boot even better. It is an upgrade from the dress shoes I previously wore and could that I have been missing out on good stuff. For the price its totally worth it! Looking to purchase another pair soon.

Chick Magnet
These are my second pair of Florsheim shoes, the other being boat shoes, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The first time I wore them I was approached by no less than three women who proceeded to fawn over me until I had to shoo them away. Combined with a nice scented body spray, I don't know how anyone would be able to resist you in these boots.UPDATE: After wearing these for about a month the initial stiffness in the leather turned soft and they grew ten times more comfortable.

My third time buying these exact ones
These Florsheim chukkas are great. I do street photography, so a good walking durable comfortable and light weight shoe is as important to me as the lens on my camera. A normal weekend daily walk is about 10 miles for me. These shoes fit the bill perfectly.

Algo grandes.

Size is not proper for Canada
Hey guys pls chk your size first. This is Indian product size is too larze than USA or Canada size. I am using 10/10.5 of payless shoe size so I ordered one the same size but it was too larze. Changed to 9.5 still its large. So far my assumption Canada 10.5 size is Indian 8.5 or 9. Shoe quality is good. Without confirm you shoe size don't buy it.

Great value, not near the same colour
Excellent boot for the money. Beautiful quality and very comfortable. Colour is nowhere near what is shown in the photo (more of a light brown) but with some burgundy polish all is good.Boot fits true to size.
