This product is expensive but for me it really helps my feet. The remote is not the greatest but I find I can control this simply with my big toe so no problems here. It will leave black stains on the carpet if you don't use the provided mat so make sure to use that. Nice product!

This product is amazing. I have nerve damage... Poor circulation... Leg Cramps daily and restless legs as well as much much pain. I got one of these machines 5 or 6 years ago and I used it daily in the evenings for 2 to 3 hours a day. It helps every problem I have with my legs. It is an aggressive vibration but it's perfect for my condition. Spinal cord damage left me a lot of damage to my body. The machine finally worn out after all this time. I did not hesitate to buy a new one within one day of this one being retired. I went about 5 days without my machine while waiting for a new one. It was a painful long crampy poor circulation week for me. Rite now I have it on and using it for the first time since my old one went to the dumpster. I very much think this machine should be available for anyone with foot or leg problems. It will change your quality of life tremendously. So I cannot say enough and I'm very happy with this machine. Thank God for this therapeutic massage on the daily. Cannot live without it.

The machine has continued to make an ever-increasing vibrating noise. It started as just a slight vibration/noise and has since increased to a level where the machine is not useable. The return window has just closed, so I cannot return it for replacement or refund. I am unbelievably disappointed. This was a complete waste of my money.

I've tried several foot vibrator massagers, and this one not only does your feet but your calves too, and does it so perfectly well. As the product description says; it is not a shiatsu massager - vibration only. I don't like shiatsu rollers and thumpers - don't like having my muscles beat up - and only want vibration, and this machine does it the best, and it is built very well. You will be impressed with how it's built. The remote control works perfectly, so no need to bend over or change position to choose whatever sequence you desire. If you're looking for a foot and calf vibrator massager, I highly recommend this one.

I received the foot massager and it was super easy to start using it. Just plug it in. The only problem was that the remote did not work. I read and re-read the directions to try and figure out why I was having this problem. I could not figure out how to open the remote. The directions are very sparse with information, so nothing to be gained by studying the information and the diagrams. I then turned to the customer reviews and discovered that the remote battery is packaged separately in a little plastic baggie loosely tossed in the huge box it came in. I completely missed it! Reading the reviews, I discovered how to open the remote (directions not included!) and installed the battery. (Now works great!) The foot massager has been very beneficial to me with regard to the neuropathy in my feet and lower extremities. I thoroughly enjoy the benefits of increased blood flow which helps with the burning sensation in my legs..
