Love using this, and it cleans beautifully!

My floors are so clean! This comes with everything you need to steam your floors. The smell of the cleaner smells delightful and the steam mop comes apart to a smaller steam section to really focus on stuck on spots. Immediately loosened dried up food that had been impossible to get off. I’m forever a bissel steam mop girl.

Good product

I waited too long to return this product or I would. It's a pain to push. It was always getting stuck on the floor. There are several other models that glide effortlessly on the floor. I would not recommend this product.

Cleans perfectly, smells good. The only problem hard to wash the mop to it’s original color. But it’s fine as long as it’s clean and sanitized.

I like to keep my house clean-I have no issues scrubbing counter tops, faucets, or tubs-but I do not like to clean my non-carpeted floors. Before I bought this steam mop I would rarely really clean my hardwood and tile floors-other than just vacuuming regularly. I was excited to receive this mop because I thought it would make cleaning my floors more like vacuuming-I did get a little obsessive when it arrived and accidentally removed the stain off of some areas of my hardwood floor by going over the same spots too much. But using it in the bathrooms which have tile and my kitchen has vinyl it works fabulously. I vacuum the areas first then use the steam mop-because the steam mop doesn’t pick up little bits-but it does remove dirt that is deep in there. The cord is sort of a hassle because it’s floppy and flat-but it’s easy enough to wind back up when done. I like the scented water that came with this package because I like scented things.

I love this thing! We have pine trees all around our house, 3 kids and a dog. Keeping the floors sap and dirt free or even looking clean after cleaning was a challenge. This thing had my kitchen floor looking brand new in no time at all!

Omg where has this been all my life! I thought my floors were clean but holy moly this thing got out more dirt and grime than I ever thought possible. The detachable scrubber is great for the bathroom. I love this mop!!
