My 8 year old grandson thought it was great - it was finished in two days!

This series was purchased for a 10 almost 11 year old boy who enjoys science and science fiction. He has read the first two books and is just starting the 3rd. He absolutely loves this series. It is well written and the story line is fun and interesting for kids... they don't realize they are learning. -:) There are non-fiction sections throughout the book that go into more depth on a topic touched upon during a prior chapter so that if the child is interested he/she can learn more than what is covered in the story. This is a must buy for any child interested in science, space and/or science fiction.

I think that this book is truly marvelous because of all of the scientific facts that have been presented. An outstanding book collection for many of you that are interested in these topics.

I can not wait to read it to my little niece( I will do the translation in spanish for her)Que pena que no esté en Español es una serie de libros que vale la pena cada centavo ,me recuerda mi infancia leyendo harry Potter y lo entusiasmada que estaba para acabarlos!
