I have used this product for years at the end of the day to give me some magnesium, but also keeps me nice and regular without feeling like I am taking a stronger pill. Glad to see I can find it on Amazon. Sometimes through the company, it can be a little more expensive.

It is very effective and safe compared to using some other over the counter products and the company is well known for its manufacturing and customer service qualities. The two main ingredients seem to help in strengthening your gut lining and eliminating additional material from your intestinal tract. I would give it a 5 except for the price.

THIS PRODUCT IS A LIFE SAVER!!...I have had IBS since I was in middle school and I am now 33. Almost everything back then bloated me, I didn’t go to the bathroom regular whatsoever, therefore would have really bad stomach cramps, and was constantly constipated when I would finally go to the restroom. Not to mention going to several doctors to get test run.Since I started taking these pills years ago they have been like MIRACLE pills. They keep me consistent with a BM everyday and my stomach feels healthy and normal. I can also eat foods now that I used to not be able to like meats and heavier foods that used to tear my stomach up.I take 2 in the AM & PM. Consistently! You won’t regret getting into this healthy routine. If you’re having more trouble going, like while traveling, you can take up to 3 and it helps the process move along better. Also drink a good amount of water with them. Water ALWAYS helps in general with feeling healthy and allowing you to use the restroom.I hope this review helps at least one person have a normal life when going to the restroom and feeling good!!
