Good functionality
Excelent headlight for medical purpouse, good potency and beautiful. Welch Allyn is a great germany target. I didin't like only the price.

Great quality and can be used outside the US
I bought this for my father who is an ENT surgeon. He lives abroad where electricity is 220V, so we were concerned that the adapter was 110V only, given that this is made for the US market. Nonetheless, it does support both voltages. After using this headlight in multiple surgeries already he told me that he is very happy with it indeed.

Here are few things i did not like 1. belt around my head is too big
I am a dentist and I got this shipped yesterday.Here are few things i did not like1. belt around my head is too big. No matter how tight i do it is still too lose to wear. it drops on my nose.2. I am not really satisfied with the light. its is too bright and hurts my eyes3. Power source on description said Rechargeable. But I did not see any rechargeable power source in the shipment.4. I have much better price available. But i am not too much worried about it.5. in one of the zooming positions light was not working.Worst part is that when i tried to contact for returning, seller saying that it was already used wanted avoided refund and was asking for 40 % restocking fees to refund.Seller is saying that he will let Welch Allyn Rep to know to repair my product. Why i would i get it repaired on my first day on purchase?I would say.. avoid buying from this seller.

i have used this brand of surgical light for years, to nose job and surgery and allways i have been happy with perfomance. This new item is better, with brighter light.
