This trimmer is by far my favorite trimmer I've ever owned! I've had mine for almost 2 years now and it is the best by a long shot. It gives my beard a solid trim and nice lineup when I need to get close without ever cutting or nicking my skin. I also had an issue a few months ago where one of my docks stopped working. Brio sent me a new one without question. I more recently had the battery stop holding charge and reached out and again the company took care of me. Even when I asked about sending the old device back they told me not to worry and linked me to a few places where I can recycle the old device. I don't often write reviews but when a business goes above and beyond for the customer, I have to do my part. Not only do they have a great product but that level of customer service is top notch and doesn't go unnoticed. If you're on the fence about this device versus another, go with this one. You can trust that they will have your back if you have any issues and they build a solid product (again, BEST TRIMMER I've used and I've used dozens of them over the years).

After many attempts to find a good all around trimmer, I have to say I’ve landed on this one and I love it. It’s built like a tank. You can feel it when you pick it up. The settings are very adjustable for any contour and any thickness. The attachments are great and go with a nice snap to secure. The battery is who knows how long but I’ve yet to have to put it on the charger since I’ve received it!! That alone is impressive! Quality all the way around! You can’t go wrong with this trimmer for the money, it’s worth every penny.

This is the best body trimmer I’ve ever used. With my previous trimmer, I’d scuffed by balls a at least couple times on a good trim day. Zero scuffs with this one. I don’t know about you guys, but if it’s a matter of a blade being near my balls I am going to be careful 10/10 times regardless of how a product is advertised. So with that said, I was careful but not to the same extent as my previous trimmer. I really had to slowwww down the process with that one ($30 Phillips one), and be very methodical about where and how I was trimming. The adjustable ceramic blade gives me peace of mind, if I’m feeling shaky I can adjust accordingly. Also the battery life rocks the socks off the Phillips trimmer, which would often die mid shesh and left half of sack hanging. One thing I don’t like is the length attachments and how the whole attachment system works. It feels clunky, almost like an after thought. For a $80+ trimmer I expect a refined experience with snapping on and off these attachments. Second negative is that it’s a big boy, heavy enough to notice. It’s a trade off for good battery life, but hopefully the two negatives I’ve mentioned get addressed in future iterations. Overall I’m pretty satisfied on my purchase.

Not too great. I just wanted it to shave my face down to stubble. The stubble comes out uneven; skin tight with patches under chin/ neck area, too long and patchy on rest of face. And I usually do this with a cheap drugstore trimmer just fine. I just wanted one that would last. Perhaps this wasnt intended for this use but I thought it a pretty reasonable thing to be able to do. Missed the return window because I'm usually not at home because I travel for work. Battery life was never an issue with any trimmer unless the power is out. Easy to use sure... ease of cleaning, could be better but not terrible. So not bad in those three, kind of arbitrary categories. Overall inadequate and unsatisfactory.

i remember buying this i believe in 2015 or so. it lasted me til this day but dies quick now. so i retuned to buy the same product but it color black instead of the grey i had. it lasts long years, cuts good. i never used the attachments but it does come with many options. the buttons and battery life screen is nice and the rpm change. it comes with brushes to clean it and the blade comes off easily to deep clean it. super easy to use and adjusts to the length you’re wanting. it fits in your hand great as it’s designed perfectly

This thing charges fairly quickly, discharging however is not so easy! I've had it for some time now and use it 3 times a week to trim a 8" long beard. I have only charged it once since purchase and is still over 50%. If you want a charge, sit and forget it, with a clean reliable cut, look no further. I clean the blades and any areas hair might fall but it takes just seconds to so, very well made, you can tell you are holding quality.

Easy to read digital display, good charging speed, well built & good battery life. Very nice product & a great value for the money. Bought this for my son but will definitely buy myself one in the future. Was delivered in under 24 hours.

Amazing beard trimmer, the only con which is minor is that it is a bit fiddly to put on the attachments but apart from that this is the best beard trimmer for beards in the market, in my opinion. You will not be disappointed. Great for longer beards and I can see it would be great for shorter beards too!

Absolutely fantastic trimmer and it looks great in all black. I have quite a big beard and have only used this for shaping and getting rid of flyaway hairs, but I can see that it would also be great for shorter beards. Quality build and fantastic battery life, can’t fault it.

Received the trimmer today. I'm very impressed with it but be very careful when using. At different angles can be very sharp. Maybe because it was my first time using the machine. As a lot of the reviews of said which I totally agree with the head attachments take a bit of getting used to. That is my only con. Hopefully I'll get years of use out of this one. Would totally recommend this trimmer.

Even better than expected. Does everything, and is a great piece of kit.
