This product works! Simple as that! I lost 11 pounds using this product half way through the first bottle. No other explanation. I work out 3 to 4 times a week and while adding muscle, I would plateau at a certain weight. After using this product, I lost that stubborn weight that was due to excessive estrogen. I have more energy, and feel my testosterone levels are going up. Highly recommend!

Does what it says! I've been on TRT for about two years and have been taking this brand of DIM for about the last year, it definitely works as advertised, I haven't had any adverse side effects from the testosterone and I believe it's because of this supplement negating any estrogen conversion. Couldn't be happier with it!

I take this daily to regulate my estrogen levels, being as I’m on TRT.

It does help with estrogen metabolism and increases libido abit (for men) but thread carefully :- the dose is abit high , it should be maximum 150-200mg per capsule especially for first time tryers.- IMPORTANT : never take one and stop , the withdrawal effects will Tank your libido and mess with your hormones , to cycle it properly try :5 days on , 2 days off for a month then gradually decrease the intake to 1 evey 2-3 days for 1 week, then 1 every 4 days for the next week till youre off of it .Make sure to take a multivitamin 30 mins before it so you can help your body’s detox pathaways .That will ensure the body doesnt reuse the unexcreted estrogen
