Baby Protection Edge, Transparent Table Edge Guard with 7 Meter Double-Sided Adhesive Tape, Edge Protector for Cabinets,Tables (sliver)

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product for my toddler baby. I use this type of adhesive for sharp, hard and dangerous edges in the house. This is pretty good. Because it is as thick as it should be. It is 20-30% elastic. So when you hit it hard, it can absorb the power. This is great and very important. It is also very easy to assemble for the edges. It is delivered with a transparent and very high quality double-sided tape.Also reason to buy I noticed a few chips on the edge of my granite counter in the kitchen sink and I used this edge protector to prevent this damage, which I think is caused by hitting heavy and large stainless steel pans and cookware during washing. In this way, these chips do not stick to my waist and hands at the moment. Also my kitchen counter is not damaged any more.The material of this edge protector is soft and flexible enough to go around the granite sink opening. I had originally planned to use a waterproof caulk to adhere to the granite but decided to use the double sided tape that came with it. Because the tape is really good. After sticking it with this tape, press it a little. The tape will fill every gap.

The media could not be loaded.  My little guy is pulling himself up on pretty much anything nowadays and as much as it's great to see him trying to get on his feet there are a few surfaces I get worried about whenever he goes near them. The biggest concern is around the fireplace. There is a solid stone, 90° cornered edging infront of the fire and it's the perfect height for him pulling himself up. Recently he slipped and narrowly missed hitting his chin on the stone surface. I decided I needed to sort it somehow and seen the edging for babies. I love the fact it's clear, rather unnoticable and you get a nice long roll for the money as I can use it on other surfaces too.Price was fair and reasonable, application is relatively straight forward although I did use a hair dryer on the double sided tape to get the backing off, apart from that though a fantastic product that really does service it's purpose well. At least now if he slips he's just going to get a scare instead of splitting his chin open.

This was bought to make the sharp edge of my desk more comfortable to rest my arms whilst typing and WFH. 1st lot applied September 2020. The tape started to work loose 1 year later and I have just removed the old tape and re-applied new tape:1. Old tape is easy to remove from wooden desk and PVC sheet on top. Obviously it is still sticky so just need to roll the tape a bit to remove. The tape is very similar to the tape/sticky dots that stick credit/membership/loyalty cards to letters when you first receive them in the post.2. It is really, really difficult to remove the red protective backing on the new tape. Practically destroy the end 1cm to separate the backing from the gummy tape. I have forgotten whether this was the case a year ago and the tape has simply stuck to the backing, having been kept in a warm house.3. The guard remains in perfect condition and can be re-stuck onto the table edge.

We baby proofed our low wooden internal window sills with this to prevent any serious injury. 2 days later he fell hitting hit chin directly on the edge. Definitely prevented what would have been an otherwise serious cut. Not too noticeable either.

This product was returned as it was too narrow and it fit for purpose. We had intended to place it around the edge of a glass table to make it toddler proof but it was far too narrow and not fit for purpose.

I’ve got a 6 months old who is starting to become a bit more mobile. We have quite a few pieces of furniture with sharp corners so I’ve been looking at baby proofing stuff. This showed up on my search and it is perfect. The adhesive is super strong and keeps the plastic on well, the product is also thick and makes your furniture safe for little ones. It fitted on our TV unit and the bottom of his toy box which was quite sharp. Overall I highly recommend

This product was hard to apply- the amount of adhesion does not account for mistakes and unfortunately the roll I had didn’t peel properly from the roll and a lot was wasted.It is difficult to cut the corners and get them to stick well and sit normally.It’s also very thin, so if you’re looking for more heavy duty protection for your baby, it might not be enough.Unfortunately, I might end up removing it and getting something else.

CORNER PROTECTORS ✅I’m so impressed with these safety corners, the tape is nice and dense and sticks well! We have recently purchased something similar, but they didn’t stick well, and were very hard and My little girl also managed to pull them off. These have been really good and stick so well no matter how much she attempts to pull it off! It’s also clear which looks nice still when applied, for full strength it takes about 24 hours for it work. Defiantly would recommend this to other parents.
