ExpertPower 12v 9ah Sealed Lead Acid Battery with F2 Terminals (.250")/2 Pack

During a power gray out, my CyberPower CP1500PFCLCD 1500VA uninterruptible power supply (UPS) did not provide backup power, and the batteries had gone bad. The UPS was 3 years old and had the original batteries in it. I replaced them with these ExpertPower 12V 9Ah Sealed Lead Acid Battery pair and testing the unit by removing the power, the UPS works fine and shows I have 90 minutes of backup with the devices I have powered from it.The batteries and connections fit perfect, were easy to replace and operated as expected. As it turns out, only one of the original batteries was bad but since it was 3 years old and about the life expectancy of the lead acid batteries I felt it should have been replaced.

The media could not be loaded. Recently there was a power outage, and my Backup UPS XS1500 (which I found in its original box in a dumpster about five years ago—lucky me!) started making a deafening noise. When I checked it there was an F02 code on the display, which I suspect it was time to replace the battery. I ordered this one, and it arrived the same day. The installation took less than ten minutes. Initially, the new battery displayed only two bars, so I left it to charge overnight. By morning, all the bars were lit up.I then plugged an extension cord into the UPS and connected my routers, main mesh device, indoor and outdoor cameras, and a TV that displays the camera footage into it. To test it out, I turned off the power at the circuit breaker. The UPS ran on battery for 15 minutes, and the display showed another 45 minutes of backup time remaining. I placed a timer next to it, and both the UPS and the timer were perfectly synced.Since I rarely experience power outages, and they usually last only a short time, this setup works great for keeping my internet and cameras operational at all times! Yay! How long it'll last only time will tell.

CyberPower UPC 1500VA. Great Value and Excellent Product. This is my second pair of Expert Power Lead Acid Batteries for my CyberPower. The first set lasted 5 years, I thought no way but looked my date of purchase here on Amazon and sure enough April 2020. Easy to install and perfect fit for my CB 1500. They came 100% charged and the longevity of my first pair and excellent capacity and voltage make these a must buy for the price. I run a gaming computer and two monitors with my CP 1500 and these batteries kept up for years. I am a CyberPower and ExpertPower buyer for life....

I woke up to a squealing CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD that I purchased in July 2019 so I was not surprised that the SLA batteries needed replacing. I got free same day delivery from Amazon that I ordered at 7:30am and received at 10:25am (5 stars for Amazon Prime!)However, I was disappointed that the ExpertPower box had little protection for the two batteries and Amazon shipped the heavy box in an unpadded envelope. Thankfully the Amazon delivery driver did not toss the item onto my front porch (checked my Nest Video Doorbell).The box was not sealed/taped shut and I see liquid stains on the corners (see photos). Hopefully the batteries work fine and were not damaged (I will update this review if so).First, take pictures as you disassemble the UPS (shame on me). I recommend searching for and watching John Charette's YouTube how-to video for the CP1500AVRLCDa. But I did I take several pictures as I re-assembled the UPS with the replacement batteries. Hopefully they are helpful.

These were a perfect fit for my cyberpower ups. I re-batteried (is that a word?) three units. After 7 months, they are all still working well. Installation was straight forward. Take a few pictures of the original connections on the batteries and you should be all set.

Second time purchasing this battery for the CyberPower UPS 1500VA, and this fits perfectly in it. No compatibility issues at all and highly recommend. For UPS battery replacement, most models do need both units in the order, so this 2 pack was perfect for me. Great product and have had no issues.

I purchased these batteries in January 2025 for my CyberPower 1500 unit. Installation was easy and straightforward, so initially I was satisfied. However, at the beginning of May, the unit began displaying a "SENS" error code. After resetting the unit, the error disappeared temporarily but has since returned every few days.After doing some research, it appears the issue stems from the batteries themselves. I contacted the manufacturer directly since the Amazon return window had already closed, expecting to resolve this under warranty.Instead, I was told they could only offer a courtesy replacement—but only if I provided the make and model of the original battery, sent a picture of the charger specs, used a voltmeter to take a voltage reading and send a picture of that, and paid for shipping.Frankly, this is ridiculous. This isn’t a favor—they’re the manufacturer and this is a defective product. It should be a proper warranty claim, not some convoluted process disguised as a “courtesy.”Here’s part of their actual response:“Amazon serves as the seller in this transaction and we are the manufacturer… As the manufacturer, we can offer you a courtesy replacement if you agree to pay for the cost of shipping…”I get that the price was attractive, but I now regret not spending the extra for OEM batteries. Between the recurring errors and poor manufacturer support, I wouldn’t recommend this product. Lesson learned—cheap upfront costs often lead to expensive headaches down the line.

I bought these when my daughter's jeep quite working as a replacement battery. It got the jeep to start working again like normal. I would highly recommend this battery if your battery goes out on your kids ride on toys.
