Excellent to keep my balance while walking on uneven ground
The best feature of this walking stick is that it helps me to keep my balance, especially while i walk on the uneven ground of our local park. My canes would restrict me to the asphalt path which needs repair. I very much like the look and feel of the 58" walking stick (I am 5' 11" tall) but I did drill a hole 4" lower than the original strap hole, which is 54" above the ground, to move the strap to 50" above the ground. In retrospect this was probably unnecessary. If the strap holes of sticks are a standard 4" below the top of sticks of all available sizes, the hole of a 55" stick could be 51" above the ground. I doubt anyone would be put off by a 1" difference in hole heights.But this configuration suits me esthically and is perfect for ambling slowly (maybe at about 1 mph) or striding (to approx 2.5 mph) that I could walk comfortably with this stick. I also like the rough and ready appearance of Hawthorn wood with knots, which are suitable for hand holds where branches were lopped off.Exactly what I wanted at a price I can afford.

My husband loves it. We have a big hill he likes to walk the dogs and when it’s wet outside this helps a lot.

I hated my cane. I love this walking staff!!
As a disabled vet, I obviously have knee problems (you get a IOU at basic from the government for it later) and this has been a game changer. It’s sturdy and comfortable. I managed to get it without the foot and I reached out to the seller who had me a replacement the very next day! Their costumer care and quality of product is simply the best!

Great walking stick absurd packaging
Product is well made and finished. It came in a HUGE box. The size box used to ship a bicycle. Ridiculous!
