I ordered this product Amazon guarenteed refurbished in late may and was super clear for incoming and outgoing calls. About 2 months after using frequently, they begin to lose microphone quality. I was still able to hear clearly however, everyone I spoke with while using them complained I sounded muffled and unclear. I received a replacement set today so I will write another review on how long these last.

Sounds good, especially for refurbished. Good base especially IF you have equalizer on phone. OEM tips have a lot to be desired though. Only noteworthy issue is that the case is not deep enough to accommodate any aftermarket foam or double/triple flange silicone tips. A minor issue but, in continually removing and reinstalling ear tips whenever you have to charge the earbuds, you’ll be replacing your foam or flanged tips more often

No, these buds ain't perfect. I'd love to have a bit more volume but again I'm a bit excessive with that. But for under 30 bucks and what I bought em for ($19.99) this is by far the best deal on any TWS. Build quality is amazing, having that nice premium weight but being just as compact as something like the Galaxy buds. Sound quality, though it might seem unrealistic, is better than the Galaxy buds. There's more depth, accurate base and it's just a very pleasant sound. The fit is light and after a while, instead of fatigue, you just forget they're there . Seriously, if you want some great TWS that don't give out on quality but don't break the bank, these are the ones to get.

I was really impressed by a pair of TaoTronics noise-cancelling headphones I bought last year, so when I was in the market for TWS earbuds, I looked at the brand. Found these refurbished versions well below the price range I was expecting to spend, I snatched them up and it's hands down the best money I've spent on earbuds.The sound quality is fantastic with great frequency response and quality. The range is very dynamic without being too bassy or too much treble. While there is no active noise cancelling, the fit is so good that ambient sound is imperceptible. The earbuds are extremely comfortable, though I did swap out the rubber tips for one of the smaller sizes included. This make prolonged wear more comfortable, but makes them slightly more likely to slip out if not placed well. The body of the buds seem lareg on their own, but when in ear are not massive or get in the way.The charging case is relatively small, and easy to slip into a pocket. There's as light concavity to the bottom of the case which has turned it into a it of a fidget device for me. I often will hold the case and spin it in my hand as I work. Easy to charge and the indicator lights on the case keep me informed on when I need to recharge.Pairing the earbuds is dead simple, though there have been a couple of times where I struggled to switch between devices. The best workflow I've had is to disconnect from device A then immediately pair to device B. Not much issue after that. One other weird thing that has happened is, if going back and forth from single bud to both buds I have had a couple of times where the audio from one bud is not in sync with the other. However, re-pairing manually to the device fixed it right away.The biggest con of the earbuds is sound quality when on a call. This may be due to my own anatomy, but I find it difficult to use these for phone or video calls as my own voice is so muffled due to the sound blocking of the tips when both earbuds are placed. For that reason, I tend to only use one earbud for calls.TaoTronics continues to provide outstanding value in my audio purchases and they are the first brand I look to when I'm shopping for sound devices.

Mine were refurbished so that could contribute to my dislike of these. They couldn’t hold a pair at all with my Google phone. It connects better to an iPhone. The distance range is poor and I found the sound to be tinny.This could be a lemon pair since they were refurbished. I ended up returning them.

Good sound. Good battery life. Fits my ears ok. But the volume issue that others have described SUCKS. Sometimes it doesn't do it but most of the time it does. The volume just randomly goes down further and further and I have to stop what I'm doing and turn it back up. Happens every few minutes.

Very comfortable in ear, and very well made. Automatically connects to my phone when you take them out of their case. I'm a little bit disappointed with the sound, but for $32 it's a fantastic deal.
