Yummy! I cook it just like rice, but it’s different in size snd texture; adds variety and fiber to my diet. Recommended.

I am in love with this sorghum. I had no idea how tastey it was until I tried this. Dr. Gregor says it’s his fav so I wanted to give it a try and it is perfect for salads. Great flavor with the slightest hint of sweetness, and I mean really slight.I love the texture, as long as you cook it long enough. This stuff takes like 40 mins to cook so I only cook it when I remember to start early.

We popped some and it was very good. Very small but the taste was good. I have not tried anything else as yet

The nutritional value of sorghum is incredible, plus it's gluten-free. Making loaves with just sorghum or mixed with other gluten-free grains for additional fiber and flavors (with added starches like arrowroot, tapioca, or potato starch for the yeast-rise and textures) makes wonderful breads just like grandmother used to bake at home. Our daughter who is allergic to gluten can enjoy this bread with the rest of the family, and it is nutritious and delicious. There are no preservatives or other chemicals (we grind our grains at home too) while store-bought breads calling themselves "whole grain" etc. are loaded with them. We'll never bring store-bought bread into our home anymore.

I've been popping sorghum like popcorn, it's my new favorite snack food. Highly recommend
