Very stiff, which is a good thing for me. I have it mounted at a 45 degree angle with my phone, case, and wireless charger head, and I do some rough off-road in my Jeep without it bending or slipping. It's better than I thought it would be.

I have genuine Ram products and this is the first time I purchased an alternative ball mount product. I did this because it was significantly cheaper and it was to mount things inside a vehicle so less chance of breakage or loss if it breaks.I am pleasantly surprised how good it is. It gets a thumbs up from me as it serves the purpose.

I purchased 1 15.5" extension with 1" ball on each end. It is a terrific product. So as I have 2 gopro's, I ordered another. I tightened one end to tight and stripped it. I contacted customer service at the company. Nick said they didnt have replacement ends, but he would ship me out a whole complete new one. This blew my mind. Even tho it was my fault"which I told him up front", with 10 min I had a new one on the way. Nick, your the man. I have told several friends about my experience with them. And they like my set up. So they ordered today. And i promise they will not be sorry. Thanks tack form for a great product at a great price.

Didn't come straight, was bent in half. Kind of difficult to straighten out as well as I wanted. Works great other than that!

IMAGE looks like the pole is thick/fixed hard flex to absorb some vibration, but instead, its just a steel pole with plastic cover, not flex at all. Needs to Ram ball attachments; go bid. A bit short for a motorcycle cruiser with a windshield system. Go longer.

IUpdate: 9/21/23The company replaced my 1st rod. But lo and behold I am lowering the rating to one star. The company said this is rated to 3lbs. Well, today I lost my 360 camera, which weighs close to 10ozs. All I have of the 2nd rod is the round piece you see in the picture.Update: 7/2/23The bottom snapped off under the weight of my helmet. That's not a lot of weight. Just glad it didn't happen with one of my cameras on it when it broke. Revising this down to 3stars.I love this thing. I did not know that it could be bent. When it arrived it was bent end to end However, straightening it was easy. I have it installed on the rear bar of bike and use it along with the RAM Mount RAP B-201U-A, the BRCOVAN Aluminum Alloy Handlebar Clamp and the BRCOVAN Aluminum Allow 1" Ball Adapter to hold my Samsung Gear 360 camera. The setup is not stiff, but it's sturdy enough that I don't worry about it while I'm riding.

I needed just a few extra inches for my desk surface capture webcam that the standard arkon creators mount didn’t have. This is perfectly compatible with Arkon. the 15.5” arm also provides a much greater level of stiffness than a series of adjustable connectors so I don’t have to worry about slow camera drift. It’s really made my studio capture set up so much more convenient and easier for my current space. Less time adjusting and tweaking the tech, more time creating content.
