We are super happy with this unit. Frankly we have bought several units like this from some of the BIG name manufacturers. The only difference is, theirs are far more expensive, but this one is cheaper and frankly, just as good. It does the jump starting and charging job really well and the compressor is a major plus. We use it just about every day and it seems very durable. Time will tell on that front, but so far we are very pleased. On a personal note, it started my big ass Ford F350 4 x 4 with a big 7.3 L V8 engine when I was a bonehead and left my lights on - thank goodness I had this in the backseat. It has the safety system on it so even the ladies in the shop can use it without fear, so it is extremely easy to use. The work light is very bright too and a nice addition.

I bought this back in 2022. Used once and everything worked fine. Went to use it again and one of the alligator clips broke off. Contacted customer support and they don't sell replacement alligator clips. They said they would replace the item for a positive review. If they actually replace the items, that would be excellent customer service! Will buy from them again since they value their customers.

I followed the instructions to the letter about pre-charging this unit. I have now tried to jump start a 2007 Chevrolet HHR 2.4 L three (3) different times and had no success in getting the engine to turn over. The indicator lights show the unit to be fully charged but it won't start this car. I assume it's defective and from what I have read the manufacturer does not stand behind what they sell. It's too late for me to return this so I am out what I paid. This unit is a piece of garbage. Don't waste your time or money on this it's not worth it.
