Works really well and ensures deep restful sleep!

I keep this on my side of our king size bed and sleep on it nightly. I can tell immediately if I go on vacation and don’t sleep on this. My legs and joints are achy and stiff. This keeps me feeling amazing. I’m 5’8 and the size is perfect. Great quality. I love the straps to keep it in place.

I was really excited to try this because I struggle to get deep sleep and I’ve tried everything. I also have bad neck and back pain, and based on other reviews I was hopeful that it would make a positive difference for that too. I gave it a solid try of a few weeks, but there was no difference in my sleep or the way I felt. It’s not really possible to know if the mat is even working. Unfortunately the return window is closed so I am just out the money for trying this out.

Not comfortable laying on

This is the second mat I've purchased. I wanted one for my bed, and have this one positioned horizontally across my eastern King, to hit just below my shoulders to past the top of my thighs. The straps hold it in place (I have a very thin mattress, so no problem getting it situated). I also have it under my fitted sheet, to keep linen changing easy (ya gotta think ahead with this stuff). I LOVE this mat. It's perforated, so it's flexible. Spans the full width of my bed (save a couple inches on each side). My back pain is diminishing, I'm sleeping deeply, and I believe it's an essential for maintaining good health! The first one I bought is smaller, which is best used when sitting on my sofa, over a support pillow behind my back. I'd highly recommend this item. You just feel you're doing something GOOD for yourself. It's not a miracle worker, but between this and my new chiropractor, I'm gettin back to my good ol' self.

Have to say I bought 3 different grounding mats and this lasted the longest. The last time I checked the meter said it was working but I'm not seeing a lot of change. I wasn't getting pain relief, which is what I bought it for but I was dreaming, I figured it might take time for pain relief and for me to sleep through the night, so I was happy with my vivid dreams. Now about 10 days after the first use & my dreams aren't as vivid, still have the pain, and I wake up a little less during the night but still several times. I'd say it's working but not as much. I do like the straps, it stays put pretty well, not perfect but pretty well. I don't like the perforations because I sleep directly on it and my skin has those little dots in the morning. It's easy to clean, you just have to wipe it off with water. I gave it 3 stars because I did see some change when I first used it. I'm iffy about keeping it.

I understand and believe in the technology and premise behind this but I’ve been skeptical of anything sold for this. The first night I slept on the comfy, wrong side. I loved it!!! Woke up and I didn’t have the back pain I feel every single morning. Totally shocked. Re-read the paperwork and realized I had it upside down. Whoops. I fixed it but don’t like the cold feel of the fake leather on my skin. It says to use it directly but I will try tucking under the sheet. Either way, I had some serious pain in my hip and leg and I rolled over on it and the pain WENT AWAY. It has also seemed to make a big difference in my sleeping too and I wake up feeling much better than I had in the past. I can only speak for myself but I love it 🥰.

I wasn't expecting anything huge, and especially not right away. But starting on night one, Super vivid dreams! Every night so far! I've slept on it for 7 nights and I am stoked on this! After night 5, I woke up without the usual morning stiffness in my body. Im a healthy person with no health issues, but im 45 so I do wake up a bit creaky these days. It goes away after being up and moving around. But I feel great now, right upon getting up. I am telling everyone about this. I bought copper rivets to install in my shoes, amd I got a grounding sheet for my son. My cat is always on my bed now,m and she's an indoor cat so this has got to feel great for her! Highly recommended! I got some bamboo sheets so I can put thos mat on underneath to make it more comfy. GET IT!

Llevo casi 1 mes de uso y no he notado absolutamente nada. Compré esto porque pasé un fin de semana en playa, albercas y jardin siempre haciendo tierra y fue increíble la diferencia de energía y entonces leí que esto era aun mejor pero no sé que opinar. Hace sentido porque yo paso al menos 8hr en computadora y eso mas un mat para cama me hacen estar aterrizado (compré el probador y hay continuidad a tierra) más de 15hr por día lo cual es bastante bueno pero al menos yo no he notado lo que sentí en naturaleza, jejeje posiblemente soy un bobo por el comentario pero pues a menos que tengas alguna condicion particular tal vz no es algo que marque un antes y después

Based on a few reviews that mentioned using this mat under their boxed sheet, I was hoping to do so as well, as a previous grounding sheet I used got ripped and it also shifted around. However, when I used a grounding tester, it showed that this mat does not work if used underneath a sheet. So I don't know how the other people that left reviews that they placed it underneath their boxed sheet could have been getting the grounding benefits. When I placed it on top of a boxed sheet, and placed the tester on the mat, the green light on the tester went on, showing the mat was grounded. Also, I confirmed that the green light did not go on if I just placed my finger on the tester without touching the mat, but as soon as part of my body had direct skin contact with the mat , the green light went on, indicating that my body was now grounded as well. It actually grounds better than a thin grounding sheet but the material is like rubber and uncomfortable to lie on with skin touching it directly. I also do not like that it cannot be washed. Even though it works better than other grounding sheets, it is not practical for me so I have returned it.
