A great sturdy bench for a home gym , not commercial grade but good for 300kg so good enough for most . Big shout out to the customer service , after 3 months the bench seat got a tear in it , I asked if they could replace the seat but they sent a full new bench within a week, AA++

Great value for money, allowing you to perform a number of exercises in your own home. I bought this bench as I was on a budget and couldn't afford much more than this, so I took a chance. I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it's worked out. It's lightweight, compact and comfortable. The design allows it to be folded away into a small space which is great for a micro home gym like mine. It's stable even under heavy weight when used for a bench press, it has various angles of adjustment which can be done simply by lifting the rear of the bench up and moving the locking mechanism. It's secured into position with two pins that are easy to line up and install/remove. The thing that bothers me about the product is the foam pads that come with it. Mine appear to have began to deteriorate already and bits coming away. This isn't a major issue though, however this product will likely be a short term solution for me until my budget allows me to upgrade.

This incline bench is a quality product and I am very pleased with it. I just wish I had purchased one last year. It is comfortable, well made, folds away easily and is competitively priced.

I am really impressed with this. It's solid. It takes less than a minute to set-up, and it folds away really neatly. This is exactly what I was looking for and I'm really pleased that I went for this bench over others.

Received the bench yesterday 2 days earlier than I expected. It was quick and easy to set up. Used it for the first time this morning. Found it to be comfortable and easy to adjust. Very happy with it.

Sie steht richtig fest, wackelt nicht rum und man merkt, dass da ordentlicher Stahl verbaut ist – selbst wenn man mal ein bisschen schwerer trainiert. Was ich besonders cool finde: du kannst die Lehne easy auf verschiedene Winkel einstellen – flach, schräg oder sogar leicht nach unten – und so verschiedene Übungen machen. Das ist für ’ne Heim-Trainingsbank total praktisch. Die Polsterung ist bequem genug, sodass man auch längere Sets durchziehen kann, ohne gleich Rückenschmerzen zu kriegen. Und wenn du nach dem Training den Platz brauchst, kannst du die Bank sogar zusammenklappen und wegräumen, was gerade in kleinen Wohnungen mega praktisch ist. Kurz gesagt: Preis-Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Für alle, die ’ne solide, verstellbare Bank für zuhause wollen, ohne gleich ein Vermögen auszugeben – die PASYOU ist ’ne echt gute Wahl.

its fine.but i wish it not that high.as when need put dumbbells away not very good.worst is for my legs feel its to far from floor.so need lift legs.but for now mats looks ok.

When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!
