Looks Great with a PAR16 LED
I paired these with these PAR16 LED bulbs Hyperikon PAR16 LED Bulb, 8W (50W equivalent), 500 lumen, 2700K (Warm White), Flood Light Bulb, 40° Beam Angle, Medium Base (E26), Dimmable, UL-Listed - (Pack of 4) for a compact look. The diameter of the can and the PAR16 bulb are almost identical. You can slide the can all the way over the bulb leaving it flush with the end, or even slightly recessed. Because this is is a line voltage head unit there is no bulky transformer to cause problems or burn out -- the LED bulb handles any required voltage changes itself. This pairing is the best and cheapest way to have an LED track light head.

Great Track Light even for LED
We retro fitted all our of lights from traditional to LED and this baby works great. We have 20 fixtures on track lighting and every single one of these worked and works well. I love that you put the bulb in and the cover can then be slide forward to hide all the junk on the bulb. You will not find anything near the price or quality as this.

Works as stated
Fair to good. Got the first ones at 10$ so that was a good value. They work. would recommend . cheaper is better.

Design not to bad depending on bulb used.
Quality is decent. Look and feel is good. They are NBFTM and usable. The first time I inserted the connector to the track it took a bit of effort (like major). BUT after that they were easy. Could be the contacts need some slight adjustment? Also, in my case, I have a horizontal wall mounted track and the swivel connector at the base of the U struts is not tight enough to handle the weight of the bulb levering it down (depending on the position I needed to point it). The swivel/passthrough 'nut' cannot be tightened and is thin aluminum so it wont take much stress.

I've bought a lot of these and I really like the look
These are a very versatile fixture that fits in Halo or "Type H" track. They are compatible with Home Depot and Lowe's track, and probably a lot of others. I've bought a lot of these and I really like the look. I like the price too.....

Just right
I just bought 15 of these and they all work fine, and although they were a tight fit for my track, I had no trouble snapping them in.

How to Get these fixtures to FIT into Single-Circuit Tracks! per instructions you shift down one contact, and then jam in a tiny
When you read the instructions, they tell you to SHIFT one of the contacts down. The fixture arrives with the sliding contact in the upper position--They say to slide it down into the correct position for the 1-Circuit (very typical and the kind I have) Halo-type track. The problem is that the tabs don't stay down where they should be. As a result, none of the four units of this product I bought would work. The only way I could get the fixtures to fit properly into my track was to jury-rig a tiny rolled up nib of cardboard. When I pushed the contact down into its lower position, as per the instructions for 1-circuit tracks, I jammed the little nib of cardboard into the empty space left -- to keep the contact in its lowered position. Obviously something in factory is messed up - tolerances, materials, assembly training -- something is VERY WRONG. Hey Seller! Look into this and get back with us! I think that you're losing a lot of business because of only this single problem. What's the fix?

Be sure it will work in your track
I tried this in several different makes of track and could not get it to work. I don't know if this particular unit was defective or if it just wasn't designed to work in the other makes of track.
