What I most love is the ease of use. Turns on and off without any twisting and turning -- beautifully engineered. It also looks great, worth every penny.

Definitely the Product I wanted, but this item was used.
This item arrived on time. It was definitely used. There are scratches and paint chips missing. It looks like someone installed it & realized they didn't like it or it was the wrong item. & Returned it. Pretty disappointed with product quality. Still functional, but it's blemishes that are obvious.

Kohler makes things more complicated than need be. while it’s easy ish to install for me if you’ve never installed shower valves /trim before it could be more tricky. As opposed to say delta or moen which are very straight forward installs.
