How long can this be kept underwater for?

It's rating is IPX8 2m underwater capability. I would imagine it could stay underwater as long as you can without BA! It's a great EDC torch as a backup to your main unit. I carry mine 24/7.

Is there a usb c version ?

Dear friend, Olight i1r2 edc torch is fully charged in 75 minutes through a Micro-USB charging port without disassembling the light.

How do you charge this torch.I have a lead with a micro usb on one end and a strange open type plug on the other end.

the 'strange open type plug' will fit into the square slot within a standard usb socket (this type IS standard...it is just missing the 'surround' that most connectors have)

Can you replace battery when battery no longer charges?

dear friend, sorry，the Olight i1r2 edc torch is a rechargeable torch. It is charged via a Micro-USB port, and its battery can't be removed.
