Fine quality
Pipe is fine, quality is fine, but the dimensions are external not internal. So keep that in mind when you're trying to fit. Saw someone complain that a 1/2 inch pipe won't fit inside, obviously they don't do pipe fitting often. Its always been that way.

I bought this just for the free shipping of my Amazon.com order
I was a few cents short of being able to get free shipping from Amazon. So I bought the cheapest thing I could find so I would qualify for free shipping. I don't know what the hell I would use this for. It looks like a piece of plastic macaroni. I'm sure it works fine for it's intended purpose... whatever the hell that is. My intended purpose was to get free shipping and for that it worked great!
