Matcha Measuring Spoon (Matcha Tea Scoop) | Premium Stainless Steel 18/8 (AISI Grade 304)

Excellent for measuring matcha. Love it!

Ok, using this stainless steel spoon isn't as authentic as using the bamboo chashaku, but, this gives much more control of each scoop, keeping the tea tasting consistent. Also, it always pains me to see expensive matcha stuck to the chashaku, since bamboo has all that nooks and cranny/porous, but with stainless steel spoon, the issue is much reduced. I say reduced because some still gets attached to the metal spoon, but much less so. Originally I just switched to a regular measuring teaspoon, but found it hard to get to the bottom of the matcha bag without my hand coming up all green. So the length of this measuring spoon is great, and together with the other benefits, it's just perfect for my daily cup of matcha.

More precise then a regular spoon - so less waste.

It's accurate and saves using too much matcha as the ceremonial grade can be expensive. Even quality culinary grade matcha can be a bit costly.

This spoon is fantastic. I love my matcha 🍵 however I never know how much powder to use to make it perfect each time. With this spoon it is easy way to measure 1 gram .Great quality and dishwasher safe ! How good is that !!Great tool for match drinkers.

Not sure what to say here. I have no use for Matcha tea, but it's a great spoon for measuring and stirring my daily probiotic in a glass of water.
