I love this product. It tastes great and I've almost finished the first bottle as my daughter started using it aswell.We've noticed a fast improvement in our energy levels. It's worth every penny.My main problem was brain fog and since taking the b12 it's gone.Love the fact it is drops and not pill form.

My husband purchased this for me to try a few months back.Prior to taking the b12 drops, I had zero energy.I Would sleep for 7-8 hours each night and wake up feeling like I hadnt slept at all.By 3pm I would feel like I needed a nap, it was really having a massive impact on my daily life.I can honestly say taking the b12 drops each day has changed my life.Within a couple of days I noticed a massive difference in my energy levels, which in turn has made me be more focused at work, more organised and more active.I couldnt be without it now. I take this due to below recommended levels of B12. I won't repeat my bloods till the end of January so can't say how effective this is for now, but within 4 days my cognition has improved. The taste is quite nice although the very first day the taste lasted several hours, which I am only guessing my body was in shock that I had lots of B12. Not happened since.Some people report they can't get the liquid up the dropper, here's my tip: Pump the dropper in the liquid really fast, 3 times. Works every time.I also use this along Vivo life vitamin D where my bloods came back as a noticeable improvement, so I'm hoping the same for this product.
