IRONLAND Shoe Storage Boxes Clear Plastic Stackable Shoe Organizer 12 Pack, Need to Assemble (White)

I know this product has mixed reviews (more good than not) , but I have purchased several of these over the last several months (not because I had to replace them, but because I have too many shoes and these are amazing and help me to stay organized). Here’s the deal...decipher the instructions on putting one together & then, it works like Ford’s assembly line, super easy to duplicate. You can stack these multiple ways and you can stack a number of them on top of each other BUT you have to adjoin them, not just sit one on top of the other!; there’s where the stability and sturdiness comes in! If you don’t I can totally see them falling like a stack of cards. If you assemble correctly and connect them correctly there’s a much higher chance of being completely satisfied. Yes it’s plastic, but it’s light and SO much more functional than given credit for. At first I too was thinking I made a crappy investment when I saw I had to put them together. I was too curious & hopeful to not try though. I have stacked as many as 7 up & down by 5 across times (I won’t say because it will give away the addiction I have). I have purchased some for my mom’s closet and am about to purchase another 12 for spare bedroom guests at another property.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first got these, I was a little disappointed. They seemed very cheap and flimsy. I felt they were not as I imagined based on the pictures. I got frustrated trying to put them together and was going to send them back. Then I read a few reviews and decided to keep trying. Once I got a few done, it was easy to do the rest. I am using mine set up vertically (opening facing up) inside a bench that has storage under the seat. These work perfectly for what I needed. They can be taken in and out with ease for cleaning. In my video, I have not connected them together yet so they look a little spread out. Once connected, they do fit together nicely. I am a Women Size 8 and all of my shoes fit in with no issues. Two things though and why I didn't give 5 stars...I think the price is a little high and I wouldn't use them stacked on top of each other as shown in the pictures. $20 - $30 would be a fair price, this price is a bit much for what you get. Having said that, they are more sturdy than what you think when you first get them and can be great for certain uses like mine.

I bought two packages of these for my closet. Putting these together was painful. I almost threw in the towel and chucked them out the window. Put together they look okay, but they will come disconnected easily sometimes as I put things in or take them out so be gentle. I followed the instructions and after awhile became frustrated. It’s not that its hard - it’s super annoying. Had I known, I would have not have purchased this but once I was started , I was not about to give up at that point. I may or may not have thrown one of the cubes or what should have been a cube across the room a couple times. The way I have it set up in my closet , is to store my pajamas in one area of the closet. I like having it for that while I wait for Ikea to be at full capacity and I can have someone deliver my bed with storage. Would I buy again ? No. Would I recommend? Have a shot of whiskey before beginning this task, then yes. Sure why not.

I give this product 3 1/2 stars. It was hard when you put the first one together once you get the first one done the rest you will be ok with. The boxes are not as big as the picture shows... What I like about these boxes is that they are good to store my sandals in. What I do not like about these bins are of you have high top shoes they WILL NOT FIT I tried to put my high top gym shoes in and they will not fit sadly. (Size 6 1/2). The boxes are flimsy which would be expected with plastic boxes. The top part of the box does come off when I try to take shoes out. I would buy for sandals not for gym shoes.

If you are used to putting together IKEA furniture than this will be nothing for you! The learning curve is steep but by the 5th box I had these things down and they were a lot easier to put together. Those who complained about size I'm no sure how big you want them. For reference I am a size 7 in women's and love CHUNKY platforms even my sneakers have 3-4 inch heels and they all were able to easily fit on these boxes. I love the front of the boxes are clear and you can easily identify the shoe with a quick glance. I will be ordering another set which will give me quite a bit of organized space at the bottom of my closet. It's worth giving a try!

It does the job. It is made of a heavy plastic. The instructions are not super clear so make to look at the pictures closely. Look at the boxes closely. You have to match the tabs to the correct slits in order to set it up properly. I would say that 56 dollars is definitely a bit pricey for the product, but at the end of the day it saves space, organizes shoes, and is pretty sleek. Since I already assembled it, I will keep it and even by a second so they match in my daughter's closet. But I would recommend shopping around.

Very expensive for what you get. Once you put the first one together it gets easier. The durability is horrible. You can only stack about 3-4 before they start to fall over or the bottom one collapses. Extremely disappointed. I have a small foot size 6 in youth or grade school boys. My shoes fit fine but they will not fit a typical men’s shoes. Or a larger women’s shoe. Do NOT. Waste your money! Very upset as I purchased 3 lots of these. I move in 3 months and will have to throw these away.

So I’m not gonna lie, when I unboxed mine I thought it was a joke. I didn’t like having to put them together and honestly I thought they were gonna look really cheap. Over all for what I paid they’re not to bad. They seem to do the job with a decent price tag. They don’t fit just any shoe like it says. My boots, heals and even some tennis shoes don’t fit. I wish there would of been an option for an ungraded version. But they will do the job.
