So, firstly I gave this a 1 star rating as it did not come with a UK lead, thus you could not use the electric desk lift function meaning it was not adjustable. However the supplier contacted me after the review was posted and apologised, asked what I needed and offered a refund to cover the UK plug (*** see more about plug at end of review). Now it is working great, here are a few points I like about it:1) The motor is quiet and very smooth when moving up and down, so smooth you can have a full cup of tea sitting on the desk and after moving there is not ripple in the cup.2) I used an old worktop to sit on the frame (as it does not come with a top) this was easy to fit, and it means I have the option of extending or reducing the desk top as requirements change, it’s simply more versatile.3) The feet do not stick forward of the frame and are wide enough apart to easily use a chair.4) The desk has an up and down button, but so much better is the memory function where you easily set the height into one of the 4 memories and press one of these to take to the exact height that works for you.5) The unit was assembled in about an hour, only needed a screw driver, and it looks smart, well made solid steel**** More about the lead - you need a figure of eight lead with a UK plug, once I had this and it worked great, I ordered this :https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07NWH9NQD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?The full technical description was: "DTK 2 Meters UK Mains,3 Pin Plug to IEC C7" , Cost circa £5.

The frame was easy to setup. The instructions are clear and it is not hard to follow them. The desk frame is heavy, so it might be better to have some help when assembling the desk. I installed a 180cm x 82cm top and I have two monitors (~20kg in total) on it. I have attached some weight under the top (power cables, small networking equipment etc) so I think the total load on the desk is 30-35 kg plus the weight of the top. The frame change height rather quickly (~15 secs to go from 72cm to 120cm) which is convenient. The motors are rather quiet. On full height the desk feels sturdy. It moves a bit but it does not distract me when working. Fast delivery (delivered 1 week earlier than expected).The only problem is that it comes with a US power cable. You can get a UK plug with a few pounds but it is disappointing that this is not mentioned in the description.

Bought because it had the largest base and not disappointed. Even at full extension it remains solidTook about an 1.5 hours to put together with and existing old IKEA desktop. The instructions are all there with and extra screwsThe movement is good and the dual motors are quiet. It has 4 memory settings I just use 2And it does come with a US plug but works with a lead that I had alreadyAll in all so far so good and happy with puchase

Good solid frame, easy to assemble, good bkack finish, powder coated. The only down side is that it comes with plug for Chinese market but the other end of the cable is fairly common, see the picture, for me the cable from an old router and/or laptop (uk) did the job. I placed the worktop on it and it looks great. Easy to modify the width if you decide to update the worktop later on.

The directions could do with a little thought. If you find the last set of screws do not align you will loosen the first 4 you began with and the holes will align. The service was good but again the directions not good but it is easy to put together.

Works great, very solid and came a few days early so very happy with it.
