NorbTM is a new concept, from OffHand Gear, on the range bag for women. No more having to carry both an obvious range bag and handbag when headed to the range for training. This inconspicuous “Messenger” style bag made from durable, water resistant fabrics such as RipStop and KryptekTM, can be worn either side carry or cross body. The main compartment has ample space for ammunition, eye protection, ear protection, UplulaTM and small cleaning kit. The rear compartment consists of 2 pockets for pistol(s) and or large wallet that can be accessed from outside the bag using the ambidextrous zipper. Front compartments consist of cell phone pouch, 2 magazine holders and additional pouch for makeup, hair ties, keys or anything else a lady may need. Other features include a rifle sling inspired strap, heavy, handbag style hardware and a front flap lined with Slip-Not fabric that doubles as a range pad when open. Just Not Quite As Expected
I like the idea behind the bag; and I really, really wanted to like it and looked forward to using it. Once it arrived, however, I found that (for me, at least) it didn't fit the bill.Firstly, the listed dimensions were not correct. The height and width were close enough not to be an issue, but the depth measurement (the thickness) was listed as 3". It was barely 2" on the outside (including the little rolls around the edge) and maybe 1" or so inside. I couldn't get boxes of pistol ammo to sit flat, so that limits the number that you can fit. Also, there's no way my ear muffs and shooting glasses will fit in the bag with any amount of ammo in it.The pistol pouches have Velcro closures which scratch the skin when removing/replacing the pistols. If it isn't a problem for you, then you'll be okay with that aspect; but, I've always found it very painful for Velcro to drag against the backs of my hands. Had I known about the Velcro before hand, I wouldn't have purchased the bag.Other than those two issues for me, the bag seems very well made - very solid. If the depth/thickness had been larger and it hadn't had Velcro, it would have been a hit with me.

I absolutely love this range bag
I absolutely love this range bag! I can carry two hand guns which can be accessed either through the top or through zippers in the back. I can easily carry everything I need. There is a large inner section for ammunition, eye protection, etc. Pockets for a couple of extra magazines. Pockets for keys, a full size wallet, my phone and even room enough for a cosmetic case to carry some packets of D-Lead cleaners and, yes, lipgloss. The stretchy carrying handle really takes the stress off my shoulder. It's so much easier to carry than the big boxy range bags that are the norm. The only thing I would change would be to had a small carrying strap at the top to hand carry instead of over the shoulder. Other than that - perfection!

Bag is nice, but not roomy.
My 2 vents: bag is durable but geared for carrying 1 or 2 pistols. The bottom gusset does not expand more than am inch or so, which makes carrying more than about 100 rounds ammo challenging. The bag will not hold your hearing protection either. It will hold ear plugs, glasses one gun with 200 rounds of ammo, or 2 guns with 100 rounds of ammo. After that, the weight just becomes way to prohibiting to carry in a bag of this structure. If you're like me and want to spend time at the range with 2-3 pistols, this bag is not going work. You'll need to carry a conventional duffle style range bag with a very wide strap to offset the sheer weight of pistols and ammo. The strap is a bungy which is sort of kicky and fun, however, with every step comes a hefty bounce due to the weight of everything. So the bag bounces up and down....a lot. There is a zipper along the top crease, slong the backside, which allows for a draw from the bag without having to unclapse the buckles. Overall, a decent bag for carrying ONE gun to the range with about 200 rounds with a few *small* accessories.

I love my NORB!!!
This bag is awesome! It holds all the gear I need for a trip to the range. Not only is it functional to carry, but it looks cool too! I really like the zipper access into the main pistol compartment, and the no slip flap that can double as a protective pad for your gear at the range! Big thumbs up for the N.O.R.B.
