how do they ship..in a cooler, dry ice or ice packets or just wrapped without any ice?

Hi, I'm sorry I cannot give you an answer as to how many individual cheese curds are in a pound. That is because the size varies with each curd. Some of them are like two pieces together and then some are smaller. So we go by the weight. You would receive a pound and you can break them up into smaller pieces if you would like. Please forgive my ignorance but I would like to know if these come ready to be deep fried? Any batter needed to be added? Best way to deep fry?
