This little gadget is awesome for my home workouts! I bought it after seeing someone do a complete home workout with one similar on a video. I plan to pack this when I go on my spring break to get in a daily workout. I use it especially for my abs but it’s great for all muscle groups and you can find a lot of videos online to show how to use it.

One of the cords broke after only one month of about three times weekly use (so about 12 uses). Just snapped apart while I was using it. The concept is great and it gave me great lateral abs workout, but it just doesn’t hold up. There is likely just too much friction where the bands/cords come out through a hole on the side of the device. I’m sad about this because, again, this was such a great device until it broke, but it is just highly unlikely to hold up due to the materials and the friction on the side.

I bought this item because I liked the multipurpose functionality of it. The resistance bands do provide a good workout. However, the board where you place your knees is very hard

This has been an absolute god send during our stay at home order in Louisiana. I was in the middle of keto and strength training to help with my insulin resistance when our gym closed down. I am able to adjust the resistance using the bands under neath the platform. I have had no issues with bands snapping or stretching out. The wheels roll smoothly on my low pile rug where I work out regularly. I am able to do a full body work out and definitely feel just as worked as when I’m using 10 different machines at the gym. I will continue to use on the nights I don’t feel like leaving the house. Stores great and is an alternative to a large machine taking up space in our apartment.

I ordered this during lockdown and all I can say is it locked me down! It works better than I had anticipated. My kiddo even got some use out of it. It's small, lightweight and easy to take with you on the road if you travel like I do. Great little addition to the work out routine.

Good item for the price. If your looking for a simple way to stay active while at home, this is a good fit. It does what I need it to for the most part. I would say it's worth the money. Come with a nice carry bag and free towel and it can be used several different ways which is nice. Easy to use ( I used it while watching TV).

Easy to use, needs improvement

Haven’t actually used this yet (lol), but when I do, which I’m sure will be soon, I’ll update this review. What I can say now is that it looks and feels sturdy and of good quality.
