Replacement Shell Folding Remote Key Case Fob 5 Button for Pontiac G8 2008-2009

Does this have rubber insert like the oem? I can just take the nasty old rubber off the oem one. Im looking for new rubber that just insert.is this?

Is this one or two shells?

Can the old key be transferred over to this new fob? I am having trouble finding someone who can cut a replacement key.

Does this come with a Pontiac logo for the back of the key?
