My code was right but the color was slightly dark. I was told when the paint sits in the applicator, the inside of the aluminum can slightly darken the whites. With a little creativity, buffing and applying the clear coat, almost unnoticeable.

Does well for the Tiguan.

Pen was completely dried up. Tip fell right out and was bone dry. I was told i had to send it back at my own expense for a refund. WOW. How about just sending me a replacement that works! Pretty poor service and just made a bad experience worse. Stay away from this seller.UPDATE:Happy to report that the seller is sending me a replacement. Hopefully it works

There is a slight color mismatch as the white paint is slightly tinted brown/yellowish. It was a bit dried out as if the item had been sitting out for a while before shipping out. I would probably skip this item and not reorder it.

I needed this for small scratches on my car. I didn’t do all of it yet, but I tested a small area. It’s the exact color match for my 2016 Jetta... the color is Pure White with code LC9A. I think some ppl don’t realize that VW makes other Pure White shades. Super happy with it and it arrived within 3 days of ordering and many days ahead of the estimated shipping times.

The match was perfect but you gotta get your paint code for the correct match first and foremost.But was a better price then the dealership by far!!!
