Easy to Inflate & Works as Expected
Nice, manageable size. I fully inflate, then back off a bit, because it’s recommended to be somewhat squishy. Includes a pamphlet with a few exercises and two sets of straws with plugs. It’s sticky for the first week or so.

I am very pleased with this ball. I got the larger, 9 inch size, as I wasn’t sure the 6 inch would be big enough. It does not come with a pump, but the straw method to inflate it was simple and did not require any exertion at all. Just a couple of quick breaths and it was inflated; easier than blowing up a new balloon. You can t the hardness of the ball by how much you blow it up as well. The surface is textured, so it is easy to grip and keep hold of when using. All in all, I would recommend this ball to anyone who wants a 9 inch ball. Whether for exercise or just for your child or pup to have a play toy (probably wouldn’t hold up to dogs that destroy toys too long though!).

Nice and soft. Came flat but comes with a tube and plug to inflate. Very cute.

Perfect Size for Effective Core Workouts!
This Pilates exercise ball is just the right size! It helps me focus on my abs while providing great support for my back. I’m sure there are plenty of other exercises it can assist with, but so far, I really love how it enhances my workouts!

Great size. You can take with you, deflate and blow up with straw.
Great size for my PT exercises. Did not want to spend $$$ so I opted for no pump. They included straw to blow up ball with cap. Worked easy.
