I've been very happy with this product! I'd been using Olia Light Brown 6.0 since 2016 and it worked well but always made my scalp pink and itchy/tingly for a day or two after coloring. I decided to try this in 6N Dark Blonde since reviewers said it's more like a light brown. No more pink itchy scalp when I color! I've been pleased with the color as well. It covers my grays and holds up the same as the Olia. The price also comes out about the same - maybe a little less even - since I can use one box for two root touchup applications.

With long curly crazy hair I was not looking forward to coloring my hair my self during THIS period of time when I had little choice. I never thought I could cover all my grey. *I did*! Better than my hairdresser. I was amazed. Its so easy to mix up and applying was fine. The color was as expected. The product leaves hair feeling healthy. I feel good about the pureness of the ingredients which was my main draw. I needed two full boxes worth since it had been many months of no coloring. For a regular touch up, I'd likely only need one box, even with long hair. By the way, I usually use henna. I like this better. why? 1. coverage is better initially and plus it lasts longer and 2. the herbs and conditioners in this product make my hair feel healthier. Try it; I don't think you'll be disappointed!

This is probably the BEST hair color I've ever used. 100% gray coverage, no smell of ammonia (it actually had no smell at all) and it made my hair actually shiny and silky smooth!! If I must say one thing (maybe two), it's the fact that you need to mix the solutions in your own container (any plastic container would do...I used the old ice cream container) and also there is no applicator so you have to have a brush to apply the solution to your hair (luckily, I had an old tinting brush that came with a hair color I bought a long time ago).I recommend that you pick a color that's a few shades lighter than your desired color. I picked "dark blond" instead of "dark brown" which is my natural hair color because I read in other's reviews that the color comes out much darker than the picture. And it came out great! But if you want your hair to be lighter, you need to pick lighter ones, 7N ~ 9N. That's what it says in the direction.

It is safe to use. It doesn't harm the environment and leaves a natural looking color. It very effectively covers grey hair. The cream rinse included with the hair color makes hair smooth and thick.

Ammonia free product that is actually healthy for my hair. No strong odor and applies the same way as regular dye. Let it sit for 45 minutes rinse and you're done. Make sure you get every section at the root of your hair or you'll have to do it again. But that's operator error. Enjoy, I do!)

I've been using this product for many years, and it's very good. The only drawback is the packaging and shipping. I received the product loose in a paper bag. Upon opening it, the box was torn, wet, and stained. Both the dyes and the conditioner included were broken.

I love this product in that it's "natural" and harsh chemicals are not used, however, the color did not last but 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I began to see grays along my temple and sides. Absolutely LOVE the shampoo and conditioner. Would buy those without buying the hair color again. Wish it had worked for me but sadly, it did not. Others may have had better luck.

With Herbatint I had never tried a shade under their 7 range. I had seen reviews of their darker shades suggested results pics being inaccurate and that was 100% true. This turned my medium red into black! Be very careful with this brand and save hair for a strand test!
