I would recommend this book to anyone working in the car business including automotive advertising agencies and vendors looking for a better understanding of the current challenges car dealerships face and how to solve them.

Max is one of the few voices in the car dealership world that correctly sees the future of the business and has real guidance for dealers to adapt. This business is changing! This book is fun and easy to read while also being packed with serious business insights that frankly are mandatory for car dealers to know in 2019 and beyond. This book is a great read. Lots if useful information. I think Max has it dialed in on the direction of the auto industry. I would recommend this to all auto industry professionals as a tool to get insight on direction of tweaking their processes in accordance with this book!
