This chair is pretty comfortable for my 19 year old however for someone like me who requires a bit more back support, this chair misses the mark. That’s my only complaint. It’s a pretty decent chair. Seat is very comfortable, its width is great if you require something more roomy, the arms are adjustable and the back can go up and down as well as the seat height. My only complaint is the back support. A more supportive back configuration would make this chair perfect.

I'm giving this chair an overall rating of 2, due to an issue. I ordered 2 of these chairs, One is fine, but one has an issue - it makes a clunking noise when sitting on it and getting up. It's coming from the cylinder (that allows the chair to be raised or lowered). I contacted their customer service department via e-mail and sent them a claim form, but no response from them at all. The other chair is fairly comfortable and a good value for the cost, but I'm disappointed with the defective chair and poor customer service.

I have sat in wooden rocking chairs more than twice my senior that dont creak and squeal like this. I have tried wd-40, idk. it started after about a month and now makes a crazy amount of noise whenever I sit, get up, or dare to shift my weight whatsoever in the chair.its comfortable for the price, I guess, but its kinda hard to think about that over the chair screaming at me every time I use it.

It was easy to take out of the box; however the seat screws were challenging for me. I live how it fits my tall frame and that the back support and tail bone support is amazing. I DON’T like the squeaking; yes we tried WD40, but it only helped for about an hour - so that’s the only thing I can’t stand.
