It works! I just don’t like the flavor. The mint tastes much better. I recommend chewing the cinnamon ice breakers mints along with the gum to enhance the flavor.

This actually works
This actually works to curb cravings, as for the gum part it’s mediocre and the flavor lasts for exactly five seconds. I recommend getting the tincture but this is a good starter

My wife never thought it would work BUT IT DOES!
My wife loves this gum. Recommend this flavor (she said “no go on cinnamon, it faded TOO QUICKLY”) Read on here someone mentioned the same and advised to get the mint and suck it like a piece candy for awhile AND THEN CHEW! That was smart!! “That worked great”, she said. She thinks it’s a bit pricy but great for days you’re traveling or working and no time to eat! Want yo lose a few pounds! Super!

Short on taste and didn’t notice any difference in appetite.
Didn’t work for me. Taste was good for short period and I did not feel any decrease in appetite.
