Rather amazing. Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat ...
I purchased this chair in May of 2012. As someone who works from home at a PC for untold hours each month, the investment has been more than justified by the comfort and adjustability of this chair. I did encounter a significant failure but it was immediately remedied by the Eurotech company, as explained below!I am 6'2" and I find that it raises just high enough -- both height from the ground and height from seat to headrest. The mesh material is shockingly durable...I've been in this chair for thousands of hours and it has yet to show any signs of wear (3 years x 300 days (conservatively) x 6 hours per day (conservatively) = 5400). Rather amazing.Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat to tilt up and down. I totally agree. That would alleviate stress points for many people, though personally I've made it irrelevant by purchasing a 'Geek Desk' which raises from a sitting to a standing height. I also wish that the lumbar support was more aggressive...for the past few years I've had an additional lumbar pillow on the chair, which causes me zero difficulty and results in a near-perfect sitting experience. The real reason I'm leaving this review is to praise Eurotech's warranty and customer service. After a crazy amount of using this chair, I one day found that it was locked all the way 'back', which is to say that I could not tilt it forward. I tried everything I could think of...tightening/loosening bolts, using WD-40 on key joints, etc. etc. Ultimately, I filled out a simple form with Eurotech including a PDF file of my original purchase. Within 10 hours a representative replied and said that no, I couldn't service it myself (as I'd hoped), but that yes, they would replace it.I needed a new 'Seat and Mech' in their parlance, which meant literally an entire new mesh seat with all of the attached mechanisms...it probably weighed 20 pounds, accounted for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the entire chair's design, and yet they shipped it to me in a few days with ZERO cost for S&H or anything else. Truly an unparalleled customer-service experience.I bought this product with a 'Lifetime Warranty', it broke, and they fulfilled the warranty once I proved my original purchase. It shouldn't be revolutionary, but I've gotta say...it was a refreshing experience to get a brand new piece of pricy equipment with virtually no hoops to jump through.I could comment on every single aspect of this chair, so if you have a burning question please leave it below and I'll reply. All in all, I love this product and am even more enamored with their customer service.

I love this chair!
I have back issues and I use this chair every day as a college student. I spent a whole day walking around different stores/warehouses trying several high-end chairs and this was the one I felt was best. I have owned it for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with it! The mesh/fibrous material is elastic and contouring and feels strong and durable. I love all of the adjustment options in the armrests and the seat and backrest. The steel frame also feels very solid and the wheels roll nicely on carpet which is a plus. I also feel great with this chair knowing that the warranty will cover any issues I may have. I would recommend for anyone wanting a highly customizable, ergonomic and aesthetic chair.

I love this chair, and highly recommend it!
The chair arrived at my door, just about an ahour ago. The box was completely beaten up, and it had obviously been opened and repacked.I took some pictures of the beaten box, with some foam-stuff sticking out from the inside, before I unpacked it together with my husband. He put it together, with a tiny little help from me. But not much. It was easy. Pop the wheels in the bottom, pop the seat on top, attach the arms, and attach the back.So far I am very happy with it. I got the chair because my lower back and shoulders were hurting, for hours and hours daily at the computer, in a small wooden chair. This chair is a better height, let's my shoulders and elbows rest while I type, and I can lean back and rest my head. No problem. The reason for the less than 5 stars, is that my husband feels it's too flimsy for a $650 chair. I'll be back to update this review, if the chair proves better or worse than I'm guessing at the moment. It's being so supportive of me right now, though, I wanna kiss it ;)Oh, and for those who wonder about size and weight. I'm 6'1", 230lb, woman. The neck rest supports the top of my neck/bottom of my head when it's completely extended. I have a lot of my length in my upper body, so this might be different for others. But add an inch or two, and I don't think the head rest will support you.UPDATE:I've had this chair for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! I got it because everything was hurting, now nothing is hurting anymore. It's comfortable for sitting up straight (offers lower back, upper back, arm and leg support without blocking off circulation). And when I lean back, it's like being cradled by a cloud. OK, that might be an exaggeration, but it's really an amazingly comfortable chair.I've adjusted the resistance to fit me, and it'll follow my back and support it exactly where I need it. It helps me keep proper posture, and it even looks good.I absolutely recommend it to anyone who spends a considerable amount of time at a desk. Just make sure you also adjust the distance to your monitor, keyboard, mouse etc, to get the optimal posture. :)

Very disappointed in the actual seat.
I really wanted to like this Chair and initially, thought it was one of the most comfortable and ergonomic chairs I have ever had the pleasure to sit in. However, after a week or so of use, that being, sitting on it for a few hours at a stretch, it seems the actual seat of the chair is not quite firm/supportive enough as they claim for someone like me who is 200lbs (they claim a Max Supported Weight of 250lbs). As after that hour or two of consistent use numbness starts to set in in the groin area - this is obviously due to too much pressure on the perineum area. Much like as a cyclist I purchase special, high quality bicycle seats to avoid this potential problem. So I would have to advise anyone who is in a similar weight/build as my myself to absolutely use caution here - my 6'2 200lbs frame is not supported by this chair adequately and makes it uncomfortable to use and potentially hazardous to my health after prolonged use.
