EischGlass Cleaner Set - Made in Germany

The Eisch Glass Cleaner set demonstrates the highest standards of German design. It comes in three parts. The small cleaning pearls (very small stainless steel balls) swirl in water at the base of the decanter to clean hard to reach places, the microfiber drying cloth (actually in strips) is delivered to the bottom of the decanter through an ingenious plastic tube delivery system. And the final step is to polish up the outside with the large microfiber cloth. I could not be more pleased with this great system.

My order arrived without the beads (incomplete). I contacted the seller to let them know and never heard back from them. Without the beads this product will not work on aged stains. Fortunately I had beads from another manufacturer, I add baking soda for a little additional cleaning on antique items.The drying wand works on narrow necked carafes.I am dissappointed that the supplier didn't care enough to respond to my complaint.
