I am very pleased with these trays. They arrived in a timely manner, they are a good value, and will hold up for many seasons. Would definitely recommend.

I received my heavy duty trays today and I love, love, love them! They are very sturdy and can be used for several years. They are not flimsy like the ordinary trays. The size is perfect! They arrived neatly packaged and with no cracking of any of them. The tape that was used to hold them together did not leave any sticky residue on my trays and that is a plus. They are a bit pricey but I love the green color! Now if only Bootstrap Farmer could find some tray inserts the same color.... Great product and I would definitely love to buy again!

First, I love the size of these! I grow microgreens for eating and I wanted to be able to harvest a fresh batch each day. These made it possible and was the perfect size as one 5X5 will cover the amount of greens I need to eat in one day!The only downside is that these do not fit in a 10X10 tray evenly but fit perfectly fine in a normal 10X20 tray just a heads up in case you want to put these in a 10X10 tray to hold excess water.Second is the durability! These little trays are the toughest and thickest trays iv'e experienced yet. Which means 2 things to me.One is that I feel they will last a long time!and the second reason is that they are made with #5 plastic which is the more safer option of plastic. Since these are sturdy and tougher I feel more comfortable knowing these won't leach out as much harmful chemicals as the cheap flimsy alternatives you'll buy.

I like the color-coding of these trays. There are eight of each color, so you can have a 1020 tray filled with one color or you can come up with your own mixed-color scheme for a tray. I intend to grow fodder indoors for four chickens and also grow some microgreens and baby greens for the two of us to have in salads. I just wish a week had eight days, not seven!The only negative I have about these trays is that mine arrived with a small bit of the tiny lip of one of the trays chipped off. I don't think this will affect its durability, though.I bought five-packs of Bootstrap Farmer's heavy-duty 1020 trays and 6" humidity domes. I'll pick up the 50-cell heavy duty trays when I've used up all the Jiffy trays I already had.

We were looking for a sturdy reusable container at a reasonable price for growing microgreens for our stores. These are absolutely perfect. The fun colors are a bonus that will hopefully keep the containers circulating back and forth between our customers and the store. They exceeded my hopes and expectations. It takes a lot to get me to write a review - this product deserves one. We can't wait to add additional products like 1020 trays and more.

These are great with one caveat. I bought these to grow Microgreens. I love them - they are small, heavy duty and the cheerful colors are fun.One of my pet peeves is the thin easily breakable black plastic trays and planters I buy to start seedlings in every year. I try to spend a bit more for something I can use for years.My caveat - I bought 10 by 10 trays at the same time. Again they are high quality and reausable. That said 4 of these should fit into the trays and don’t. Not a dealbreaker for this usage but maybe problematic for seed starting season.

Any product that carries the Bootstrap Farmer name is sure to be of high quality. Made in the USA, high quality, food-grade plastic…you get what you pay for! It’s not the cheapest but it’s worth every penny
