Ming's Mark Inc. BP8117 Mat Beach Paradise 8 X 11

I bought this for two reasons - 1. I wanted a large mat for my RV that wasn't the same old basic pattern you see everywhere and 2. I didn't want to spend the money that Walmart and others were asking for that basic pattern. I found this and it was perfect. We love the beach and I love being reminded of the beach even as I sit here in 24 degree weather. It's also HUGE, and easily covers the full patio area in front of our RV (at most places... with a little overlap at others). It sets up really easily and folds back up SO easily. I really didn't think it would. I figured it would be like so many things (I'm talking about you patio chairs) that come out of their carrying bag and never go back in. I fully expected to fight with it and finally ball it up and throw it in our RV basement just to get to the next spot. But, none of that has happened. It folds so easily and goes right back into the bag.Update: We've had this mat for over a year now. We live full-time in our RV, and if we are at a spot for at least two weeks it gets put out (so it's out most of the time). It's held up well, against the rocks and dirt. We have gotten a couple of small holes in ours from when it's sitting been sitting on sharp rocks and they have poked through, and one from a spark that jumped out of a firepit, but nothing terrible or even really noticeable. It sweeps off really easily and despite the last spot we were at turning into a mud pit in the rain it didn't seem to pick up too much of the dirt/mud. We really like this mat and will buy the same one again when it wears out.

Exactly what I wanted, looks great

I purchased this for the covered part of my deck. It looks nice and is soft underfoot. I sweep it with a regular broom with no problems. It gets wet when it rains and dries fairly quickly. Haven't had it long enough to judge longevity but the deck furniture has not damaged it yet. I will be taking it up in the fall and saved the box to store it in as folding it to fit the storage bag does not appeal to me. We like the rug and it looks good and the 8x11 just fit in the space I had for it. Had a bad wind storm after putting it down and the corner not secured blew up--no damage. I would buy it again.

As others have said, be careful as the rug is thinner than expected. My husband and I are pretty careful campers with our lounge chairs and could rip a whole if not paying attention. We like the storage bag, the loops for staking down. If you have rough and tumble dogs or kids on your camping trips or larger gravel at the campground pad you may want to be aware. But we’ve used it for 3 months and so far so good!

Gave this at a birthday gift and it has been well liked. Great addition to the camp site.

Loved the outdoor camp rug. Only tolk 31/2 months. Order off season so not waiting all summer

We wanted an 8x11 rug because the larger ones won’t fit in most state park campgrounds. This one is thick enough to be comfortable while still packing down into a compact package for storage on our camper. The weave and the binding around the edges all seem well done and like they will hold up. Would buy again.

Return window closed May 1..well camping doesn’t start here until May long weekend! Discovered it came with no pegs , and parts of the mat looks frayed! Very disappointed and would not recommend!
