Great Value!
This towel warmer has a sleek modern design. Compared to other highly priced warmers on the market, this one was reasonably priced and has worked well. Installation was a bit tricky as the mounting hardware has to be in exactly the right place. It gets hardwired into the wall and has a Honeywell branded operation panel.We seriously considered buying a higher end model because we were installing this permanently into a tile wall, but this unit has worked great for us. We'd purchase it again.

Exactly what I hoped for in a towel bar
So many heated towel bars, so little time. So many bad ones too. I struggled to pick a quality towel bar even without considering cost. But this one is a winner.This one actually works and gets HOT. Includes all the hardware to mount it and (some Allen key fiddling aside) goes up quite easily as long as you match the template *exactly* - there’s really no room for error on the four mounting posts.The included timer is a nice bonus, and one day I’ll program it so it doesn’t flash 1200 like my grandpas VCR did. I’ll probably replace it with a timer instead tbh because shower time isn’t quite so precisely scheduled and I don’t want this running all the time.

pretty good towel warmer
Update:They sent me the correct wall mount bolts and I got them installed a everything it working perfectly. Thank you!Recently purchased and installed this towel warmer. It was the perfect size for the spot we had available. Install was pretty simple. I didn't end up using the included timer, I installed it into a switch with smart features instead. The only issue I had was the wall mount barrels were too long. I think I got the wrong part. The cause the warmer to sit about an inch off the wall rather than the warmer arms sitting flush against the wall. Ive included pictures to show the gap between the warmer arms and the wall. I write to the manufacture and update.

We love having warm towels and it looks great!
We love this item in our newly remodeled bathroom. It was expensive, but we think worth it in the long run. Now we have a great place to dry our towels and with the programmable timer we have it set to come on a few hours every day when we use the shower. We love having warm towels and using this to quickly dry our towels. Best for two regular size bath towels. Takes about 40-60 minutes to dry the 2 towels and about 15-20 minutes to warm up a towel. We had a professional electrician (friend of ours) install it for $100. Took about an hour.

One year in use, still very happy
With installed fixtures like this, I think it's better to wait a while before reviewing, to make sure the product actually lasts. This has been installed in our bathroom for one year. It still works well, and makes me happy on cold mornings. I also use it to speed up towel-drying after my shower to avoid mildew, setting it for another forty-five minutes. We have it on its own 20-amp breaker.

Timer not included
I was very impressed with the Warmly Yours manufacturer and sales team. Unfortunately the product description is incorrect with Amazon listing the Timer Included. This description by Amazon still has not changed. The manufacturer shipped out a timer despite Amazons product error. Thanku very much Warmly Yours.

Exactly what we wanted
We are really enjoying the warm towels. We hang two towels on this bar. The YouTube directions for installing this were very helpful. It looks great and has been the perfect solution for our master bath.

Excellent
Love this product. The towels get really warm and crisp. Dont know why some reviews state otherwise. The only 'downside' is the thermostat/controls that come with it. It is not user friendly. But it suffices. Installation was a breeze. However, you must be adapt at running the required wiring. It maybe on the expensive side, but would highly recommend the towel warmer to anyone. You get what you pay for.

There is probably a better product out there.
Did not include thermostat as advertised. After a few months of use impossible to remove rust marks appeared on the unit.

Beau mais un peu égratigné.
À l'arrivée, il manquait la minuterie, après un email avec la compagnie j'ai reçu le lendemain la minuterie à la maison. Le sèche serviette est beau mais a quelques égratignures. Quand même un beau produit pour le prix plutôt raisonnable.

Works great, beautiful finish
Works well, but does not come with remote. It’s on or off. We leave it on always and it works great. Gets quite warm. Was a little smaller than expected, but well priced.
