No packaging, No instructions, Won't mold properly
The 8 individually wrapped trays arrived in the prime bag with no packaging and no instructions. I had to read the Amazon page for instructions but that still didn't work. For example, it says place the tray in 80 degree water. I had no idea what 80 degrees was, so I googled the boiling point of water (212 degrees), boiled water and then added cooler water. Even with that the tray never got soft enough to mold to my teeth. The base molded - a little, but the front is still smooth. I am returning this product.

Don’t waste your time.
This took 2 months to receive. Product does form to teeth nicely, but does not work with whitening gel. Jell oozes out and does not stay on teeth.
