Kettle Oats are the BEST oats! Arrived fast and in perfect condition!

This oatmeal is hands down THE BEST! It's the same texture and consistency as the one served at hotel chains that provide free breakfast (eg, Comfort Suite, Marriott, etc). It's gooey, sticky and clumpy... just the way I like it. Throw in some honey, raisins or nuts, and viola - the perfect breakfast that is healthy and delicious.I researched high and low for the perfect "cut" of oatmeal only to realize they don't sell this steam table kettle version at retail stores or supermarkets. While you can order these at Amazon, the non-Amazon sellers are over charging! I bought a case of 12 for $60. Look on the web for stores that sell supplies to schools and hotel chains. Yes a case of 12 is a LOT of oatmeal but I eat this about 5 days a week and go through a container every 4-6 weeks. Plus I give a couple of containers away to friends and family to share the joy! Beats paying over $15 for one container by buying it through an Amazon seller.Best way to cook this is not via microwave or stove top. Use an Instant Pot / pressure cooker if you have one. Put the oatmeal + milk or water inside a smaller container. Place a trivet inside the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Add a cup of water to the inner pot. Than put the pot with the oatmeal inside the inner pot, on top of the trivet. Pressure cook on high for 4-5 minutes and natural release after 10 minutes. If you want your oatmeal to be more gooey, add more water/milk. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed. Plus you will NEVER go back to instant oatmeal after this!!

The old fashioned oats at half the price are better. They are more creamy. They are bigger oats. The only advantage is that the kettle oats last longer when you reheat them. When they use the kettle oats in hotels and cruises. They put A lot of pure sugar and real milk in the oats to taste better. The kettle oats get to soggy in my soy milk. The old fashioned oats are more firm and taste better.

I've been dying to find oats like hotels use. This is the one!

Good quality but priced too high based on other sources

Reddit told me these are what Carnival Cruise uses, and had to buy them. Let me just say, I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED! The price is hefty, but man it sure satisfies that craving for that delicious vacation oatmeal. 😂

Although takes a small amount of time to make it is worth it as there is a definite difference in creaminess and texture, holds up well even after storing in the fridge for a couple of days!

I've always preferred my oatmeal to be the thick and rough type and this particular oatmeal is the best by far. I had no idea that it even existed till I saw it on Amazon and I'll be buying more of it in the future.
