I've never used a posture corrector, but I have been wanting to try one since getting a desk job and having to sit all day. I've noticed over the last couple weeks of use that it helps alleviate back pain when I wear it everyday for a few hours at least. After taking it off I feel like i can still feel how my shoulders were sitting while it was on and it helps remind me how to properly keep my back straight. It's easy to use and adjust as it has velcro on the insides to help adjust the fit for your size.

My son was wearing it for about 3 weeks and I could see that it helped him a lot, but after 3 weeks the Velcro straps stop holding well and we bought another strap brand.

It works well for pulling shoulders back and correcting posture. I bought it because of all the working from home this year at a desk, causing pain between shoulder blades. It has helped relieve some of that pain. It will NOT fit anything larger than the sizes they have posted. I knew it would not fit me when ordering, but my wife is a seamstress and took care of that. I bought it anyway, since it was one of the lower priced posture correctors. It is a little uncomfortable under the arms, but all of these will be, when you have tight straps pulling under the arms. But it's not unbearable. The Velcro type is cheap with extremely small, fine hook and loops. I figure that will be the first thing to wear out. And the strap guides on the back twist, causing the straps to be a little difficult to pull at times. The guides should be slightly angled and that would not happen. Those two issues are the reasons for only four stars.

This helped me to have a straighter back. I wear it for a short time each day. It is comfortable and easy to use. The adjustment is in the front so you can set it for what works for you. The adjustment makes it easy to use for multiple people, so my husband can use it, too.

Am I living in an alternative universe??? There is absolutely no way to get this product on to my body without contorting my back and shoulders. The straps are not long enough. I did eventually get it on and yes it works nicely once it is on. But now I have to deal with more shoulder and back pains from getting it on. Update. I taped on some extender strings to the straps and now I can put it on without contorting my body. Did anyone try this product on before sending it out???

When you order this device there is no options for size or gender. The item I received is definitely not for men. It is very small and the straps barely reach the velcro. I cannot reach the straps as indicated in the instructions, and I am a normal size male (5'8", 180 lbs). If there is a male and female version and sizing options, it should be indicated on the product description. Will have to return this.

It's comfortable, light weight, and after wearing it for a while is practically unnoticeable. It first easily under your shirt and doesn't pop out too much either. Everyday before I do my work in my chair I just put it on and attach the two straps then I'm ready to start. Just wearing it through these couple of days I've seen a major improvement.

It is too difficult, and frustrating to put on. I am a medium build female, but this seems to be made for very small people. I don't find it very beneficial.

I'm not a small framed person (166 height, shoulders mediumly broad) but I feel that this for a female that's more broad - or maybe small to medium built male. For the price, it does do the job - ie remind me to always srtaighten my shoulder - but can't wear for more than an hour or so as straps cut near my shoulder joint (ie, too big)
