Do you travel and hate hotel gyms? Or just want to have something around the house?
This is an awesome and unassuming piece of gear. It works with those cables you see in the gym for resistance training. It can support up to 350 lbs of resistance!!! Amazing. Plus, you can fold it up and carry it around with you anywhere. It's just plastic and tensile fabric.Pros:- Inexpensive -- I think mine was $8.95 with free shipping.- Supports up to 350 Lbs of resistance.- Can be placed in any door jam -- You just place it between the hinges (the red part that looks like a rhombus) and then close the door. Perfect.- You can do a multitude of exercises. -- Normally, with resistance bands, you can do things such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, some chest flys (I wrap mine around my single seat chair like the big brother in Goonies). With this puppy, you can put this in any doorway and work on upper and lower body exercises, such as LAT pull downs, chest flys, chest press, hammer curl, tricep extension, cable crossovers if you have two doors near each other.- Lightweight -- you can fold this up in your checked luggage along with your cables and travel. The hotel gyms I have been to are always in the basement with no cellphone signal and are covered with dust or some portly kid that likes to watch the TV there. With this, you can put this in any door jam and start working out. I sometimes do this while watching TV so I can stay active.- Cons: I really don't have any. For $8.95 and free shipping and for a light-weight piece of equipment, I am quite satisfied. If anyone is looking for more exercises to do when you are not in a gym, just do a search here on A9 Amazon and you will see some great books and magazines for exercises to do.Great job Lifeline USA! I am very satisfied with this product!!

Works Really Well
Had to watch the video a couple of times, but once I got the hang of how to attach it through the door, it works great...very stable. Also a great price!

Works wonderful! Strong and heavy duty. Works for suspension trainer.
Works great!! Use this to attach my trx trainer to the door, it works wonderful. It may look small, but it's very sturdy. I can do all types of exercises using the trx with it. No need to mount an anchor on the wall! Also used resistance bands and it worked for that as well! Easy to use anywhere. Honestly one of the best purchases I've made. Will include photo soon.

Good, with some tips. You may well need two.
A great product that I use with my Black Mountain Products resistance band set. I bought one, and then discovered that two is actually quite mandatory if you plan to do many bilateral, large-scale compound exercises. For instance, seated rows (for back, lat thickness) require thicker bands than can be held in just one of these attachments, and an exerciser will want them spaced out more than a single point on the top of the door. One will want two points, one on each side of the door (not from the top), with one band in each, to get the width and space necessary to do the exercise. This is true for many exercises, such as chest press/bench press, rear deltoid work, etc. The manufacturer might consider a dual package of these at a slight discount.I find them slightly pricey for what they are, but they are better than the all-foam models (with a foam "ball" on the far side of the door).Watch the price on these as it does fluctuate, it is now about 15% less than when I bought mine; sometimes there's even a checkout "coupon" on Amazon for this product. If you see the price close to the "retail price" when you intend to buy it, wait a week and it will change (place in your Shopping Cart and then Save For Later).All-in-all, it works.

WORKS VERY WELL - LIKE THIS TYPE BETTER THAN "FOAM" ANCHORS
Great product. Securely anchors my resistance bands. I prefer this anchor over the "foam ball" anchors that come with most of the resistance band sets. I workout in an unfinished basement and the temperature can be a lot cooler down there compared to the rest of the house. Not a problem in summer, but it is quite cool in the winter. I don't want to subject the "foam" to the cooler temps since I am not sure if that would in any way cause a problem with the foam and I just have more confidence in this type of anchor.Arrived quickly, as advertised.

Sturdy anchors at a good price point
I just use this for the first time today because I'm a procrastinator! I used a gray color heavy resistance band that had handles already attached. There was plenty of room in the loop to thread it through and it held up just fine. I like the plastic reinforcement the exercise bands rest in. The black nylon webbing at the anchor-point is thin enough for my door and I had no problem closing, it didn't seem to be a problem. I was researching door anchors, this one was what I was looking for, plus I could get two of them for cheaper than one of another kind. They seem to be made well, and I hope they last a while.
