Our 3rd edition (released August 2022) does have an inside pocket at the back. There is also a lined, double-spread page at the beginning and end of each week, so you have plenty of additional space to write/draw whatever you like.

Does this contain Ivory? like in elephants?

The “ivory pages” refer to the off white color of the pages themselves.
