I ordered this the day she died and it was delivered exactly a week later. They did well with the picture cropping her in from a larger photograph. The purchase asked us to email the seller and I did but they did not respond to it so I'm not sure they look at it. I saw another buyer was told they could customize it and I was hoping for a different phrase as the picture was the most important feature for my son's sake. He is happy. I definitely teared up when I opened it. There were some small chips on the edges but given the price and what it's for I found everything with the sake and quality reasonable. I'd purchase again for the next animal that we lose. I'd probably be willing to try one of the fancier big ones now that I know the quality is better than I expected.Edit 02/2022 One of our other pups is on her way out and we are preparing to create one for her from the same seller. Bailey's has kept up.

The grave marker for my beloved pet could not be more perfect. I sent my dogs picture and requested what I wanted on her marker. The company gave excellent customer service, and answered all my questions in a timely manner . They had my order complete in record time. I was really happy with this memorial stone. I submitted several photos of my beautiful Fiona and told them to pick the best one for a clear image. The website showed a different verse which was shown for a dog memorial. I didn't realize I would get a different verse for my kitty which was fine. I believe you can customize what you want it to say by emailing them. I just would have liked to know the verse they were going to use. My stone verse was as follows " Goodbyes are not forever, Goodbyes are not the end, they simply mean I'll miss you until we meet again" Overall very happy with the stone and the delivery was very fast. I ordered one of these when I lost my Chihuahua Pepe at the age of 14. I just ordered a friend one that also lost a beloved dog Gizmo. I got these when my 2 dogs passed away in 2019 and when my 14 year old passed this year I ordered from this seller again. I am very pleased they way they still look new even after 3 years.

This shipped the same day I ordered it and I got it in about 3 or 4 days which was nice. It's a nice material and has weight to it. I gave it 4 stars because it's a bit hard to read and the picture wasn't very clear. You have to look at it at the right angle to really see it. The picture I provided was from a DSLR camera so it should have been a high enough resolution. Overall for the price and how it turned out I'm really happy with it.
