I bought this because she has an old digital tv. A Poloroid to be exact. My mother likes watching the old shows, PBS and whatever else and does not want any cable or streaming service. The tv picked up maybe 3 channels and once I put the antenna on 36 channels were picked up. I did not move the tv somewhere else to check for more channels because of how the room is made there's not many options. As long as , my mother was happy, that was good enough for me.

Certainly the geniuses of the world can design an antenna that receives signals through common construction materials - Like a House!!! It works when it wants to. ANTOP is usually good brand but definitely all depends on the location of the antenna and the amount of walls you have. I live in the city, less than 20 miles from every HD signal source and I still get jitter through the antenna. It's always best to just have an outdoor antenna when dealing with the amount of data needing to stream HD content. Yea I can get SD channels really well but frustration amounts when collecting HD signals with an indoor. It really gets poor reception during rainy/stormy moments. IF you can deal with that then you'll do well with this antenna

The rooftop antenna is still sitting up there, but now our TV is connected only to this ANTOP HDTV antenna, mounted on the wall behind a framed picture a mere 2-3 feet away, and the improvement in reception is quite noticeable. There were just too many times when the wind would blow, or it would be raining, and then the sound and picture would cut out altogether when we were using the rooftop antenna. Now with the ANTOP, the dropouts are considerably less, and I was surprised to see how many extra channels we picked up for free. This is priced very well, so this is a great deal and a great value.

Very good option for getting local channels. Love the thin design. Clear picture for all the channels. Only thing to improve would be to provide a longer cable.

Okay, this product is very good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes you have to move the antenna to pick up maximum channels in your area and when you think you have a good spot, sometimes, you have to move it again to regain the channels. I don't like all that moving around because I figure once I find a good spot, which I did and it was able to pick up 92 free HD channels, then I shouldn't have to move it again just because for some odd reason it dropped some of the channels down to 72 channels. And I still do not know what that extra port thing connected to the wiring is for. Do I really need it? I don't know. But otherwise, you guys, the picture is awesome. It is amaing how clear and crisp of a picture I pick up with this antenna and amazing that depending on the time of day, I can pick up 92 FREE HD CHANNELS. I am truly happy with the design, the color (white), and the ease of putting it togeter and putting it up on my wall near the window.

When doing my research to find an antenna, I discovered that no TV antenna could go further than 80 miles, simply due to the curvature of the earth. So if you see other antennas claiming they have 100 or 200+ mile range... it's false.We dropped cable after our bill went up (again!), and they refused to lower it. We already have a few streaming services, and honestly local channels are all we need on top of that.We already had an older power antenna with rabbit ears, but it wasn't picking up all the local channels. We can't be more than 15 miles from the station, so we decided to try a newer antenna. This one found the missing channel sitting on the tv stand. There's an option to hang it in a window, but thankfully that wasn't necessary for us as there isn't a window close by.I am satisfied with my decision, and like that it can be wall or window mounted or sit on a flat surface with the included stand, and can even be painted!Keep in mind, this is just like other antennas where you may need to try a few locations to get the best reception. I was hoping to hide this behind the wall mounted TV or the TV stand, but that didn't work. However, it could pass for a boring piece of artwork sitting on the tv stand. I may stick a photo on it and make it an ultra modern looking picture frame.Bottom line, it works as stated and doesn't make false claims.

I bought this antenna several months ago and the result is the Maximum. I had previously bought others but they did not work. However this works wonderfully, the installation is very simple, the image quality is unsurpassed. I think it is a magnificent investment since I have achieved the best results. Recommended 100 %.

I can’t compare how well it pulls in stations with any other product because it’s the only antenna I have. But it works. Was able to watch NFL playoffs after canceling cable tv.
