I messed up and ordered the wrong model type screen protector, The order came very fast and I was excited. In the package it had a card stating any issues let em know and they will accommodate very fast. I couldnt use what I bought cause I was stupid and ordered the wrong one so I emailed them and explained my situation that it was my mistake and wanted to order a new one. They sent out the right one to me no questions asked and had it in two days, I was very excited and greatful. The new one didn't quite fit right either it seemed just a hair width to big and I'm very particular ocd so it didn't work. For their customer service alone fast shipping and responses they get 5 stars. The product is exactly what's advertised, seemed durable and crystal clear. The instructions in there for installation was easy to read and explained the process in a direct easy to understand way. Thanks for trying to help

There is a cutout for the, camera (?) on the front it is about an 1/8 of an inch too long to expose the black dot properly. I don't anticipate a need to use the camera, ever. It was easier to just do a straight cut across the top than to cut off the bottom and round the corners. I purchased the (pricey) hard case for the unit, so it cover about 95% of the film edge, it not more, so I am not to worried about it. It is much easier than trying to find a random screen protector, guess if it is close to the size, etc. - which I did with my first (different brand) credit card machine, that due to customer service issues, was the most expensive 4 month disaster. Hoping that this smaller, less bulky unit, with all the protection I could buy, will last a bit longer.
