Waste
Save yourself time and money and purchase from the school bookstore or the website directly, no access code. Shame on Amazon

Not what I expected
I thought a book regarding the introduction to financial accounting would have more basic information about doing accounting. Instead, it read a lot like the Intermediate Accounting textbook from the same authors.

Great content, not great printed versions
I liked the content of this book. The text was organized in a coherent manner, the content was explained well for the most part, and the supplementary materials were great for studying with. I got the online Wiley Plus version because we needed it for our graded homework. I liked the homework and how the feedback worked on it. It just made sense. My problem with the book is that my only option for a durable copy that I can refer back to in future semesters is either a loose-leaf edition at full price, or buying a prior edition. Loose-leaf editions just aren't that durable, and they take up far too much space. I'd rather have a heavy hardback textbook, tbh. I would have put up with this if I got a discount on it after purchasing the online access version through WileyPlus, but it just wasn't the case. I'm not paying >$100 for an inferior print version of a textbook that I probably will use far beyond the durability that a loose-leaf copy would allow. It wasn't even possible with WileyPlus to get a permanent digital copy. So essentially, my only options were temporary. How can it be this difficult to get a book-bound version of a textbook? It's such a disappointment because it really is that good of a textbook. I've taken this class before with a different text, and it was miserable.

Tried to save a little ended up paying more.
The book was fine but when class started that is when the mentioned you also need the online wiley access code to do all the graded homework, quizzes, and chapter exams🤯. The book cost me $150 because i wanted to same the $27 form the price at the college bookstore$ 177. Little did i know trying to save $27 would cost me another $110 for the wiley online access code. The class had already started so i didn't want to try and return the book then go to the college bookstore to see if they had anymore in stock. I gave up , sucked it up, and continued with the physical book, the wiley online access, and bookshelf online book version. I ended up paying $150 from Amazon then 110 from wiley total $260. And if i remember correctly at the college bookstore was $177 with physical book and wiley code.

Not worth buying a physical book -
Really displeased with how much this book costs in regards to what you get.You get a bunch of loose papers that need to be put in a binder. To add insult to injury, it does not come with an online code.I also had a page missing in my printing. You're better off paying $100 for the online access on their website that comes with a digit version of the textbook. (which is easier to use and search in)
