This bit set is junk. Every single bit has runout. None of the bits mount true or spin true. All are out of alignment. Total waste of money.

The drill set that I received had at least 3 of the small to medium size bits bent such that they wobbled at the business end of the bit. They would probably drill a hole, but it would be larger than the bit size due to the bent bit. I sent the set back for a refund.

I've used these in soft and hard woods, the points are wicked sharp and make it so the bit doesn't "wander". I felt they were well priced. I also like the way the storage swings in and out.

The drill bits are just fine no problems at all. It just made it easy to get the Harbor Freight product delivered to my home. saved me the hour and a half trip to H.F.

The ones I got are all brad points and are very good. The three smallest sizes come with two each. All the others are one each. The drill shafts are perfectly round and the points are all in the exact middle of each. They drill exactly and easily where you want them to in wood. These are really nice drill bits.

I only tried one of these I admit. I have not used them again because the point on the one I used in the drill press was so off center it was unusable. If you want accuracy, these may not be the bits to use.
